问个北加EV Lease的offer:
车型是2016 Soul EV+,term 36month,年限麦1W
EV+是 Soul 的高配线,自带DC Quick Charge,EPA range 90 mile
Dealer给了 2999 down pay + 99/mth exclude tax
down pay里包括所有的fee及第一月pay,还包括gap insurance

【2019年2月4日 255 个股票的短期谷底高峰预测】
如果股价接近预测的短期高峰或谷底,开市后应对比当天的最高和最低价。
虽然预测窗口是4星期内,多数股票一旦达到或高于预测的高峰后就下跌。
比较后能切身体会预测的犀利度,从而洞悉在预测的高峰价卖空的安全度。
比较多次有利体会超短期,即当日交易(DayTrade)的暴利机会和安全度。
预测的短期谷底和高峰都是特有利的价位,再加分散风险,一般很难不赚
(价格到小数点4未数,只是方便万一是超低价的OTCBB股票时的排列)
以下各栏依次为:
排号,年月日,股票符号,短期谷底价,【收市价】,短期高峰价
所以收市价的左边是短期谷底价,右边是短期高峰价。
这样应该更方便比较,更容易看出股价是接近谷底或高峰。

本人有1 bed room需要转租出去。
房子和租金:
房子条件很不错,一个卧室带很大的壁橱,所有衣服都能放。客厅也带一个小一些的壁
橱,放鞋子和冬天的大衣什么的。 卧室和客厅都有空调。Apartment每一层都有洗衣房
, 整个apartment 都是one bed room的,所以住户基本上都是单身的上班族,邻居都挺
nice挺安静的。Apartment有自己的停车场,免费的。厨房有房东提供的冰箱和oven,
我自己有一套小餐桌/椅,宜家写字台/椅子,微波炉,咖啡机,电饭锅什么的都很新,
不好搬都可以给你留下。租金625/mth, 不用交水费,冬天取暖也cover 了,而且暖气
给得很足,自己只需要交电费。我的Lease 到明年5月份,如果直接break lease 要交
罚金很不合算,有人愿意sublease 的话,租金上我可以稍微吃点亏,第一年的时候我
付了相当于一个月房租的押金,这个也不需要你承担。
位置,交通和周边:
房子在crafton 和green tree 交界的地方,周围买东西有shop n save, rite aid 还

we have a one bed room apartment located on west of
city ave (#1) and 76, facing Bala Cynwyd shopping
center. This is a short-term lease which will be ended
Mar/06, new leases available in terms of 3
mth/6mth/1year. We need to move to North NJ by the

女生寻找女生室友,apt building在BART west dublin站旁边走路2分钟,距离高大上

1. 找工作还是要花大量时间精力充分准备的,各种基本概念、data structure,
algorithms, programming language concepts,还有自己简历上写的各种project要把
每个细节都弄清楚。没准备好之前不要轻易投大公司浪费机会,免得追悔莫及。我就有
惨痛的教训。一下是我主要复习的材料。

【顶到99楼,就发更多得多最新并且更好机会的预测。】

interesting thought but i think it's not worth it.
let's say you bought it with money from family, interest free. your monthly
expense will be HOA+Tax=733, you rent out one bedroom for $500, you got $233
. but you will be responsible for all the insurance, repairing, vacancy etc
averaging about $100/mth. your saving per month is less than $200 but get a
lot of headaches. property tax can be write off on tax but your income is
too low to benefit from it.

今天问了一个broker,拿了一个GFE,这个broker的公司是我们这儿最大的公司,
closing cost看起来比较干净,但是rate不太好,所以今天没lock rate,大家给点儿

I have been thinking about this for a little over a week and couldn't decide
if I should fire my buyer agent (American), he did certain amount of work
already: 3 mths of working with us (quality at first 2mths were very good)
and we didn't buy one yet. We negotiated a 1% rebate, now he is on strike
unless he takes full 3%. Actually today I found he started vacation and didn
't inform us so he is not reachable for a week at least. But if I decide to

请看下表。A 收的origination fee 比较高,但给的利率较低(3.1%);其他的各种费
用也相对较高:closing + prepaid =5903.5+3942.17=$9845.67. 但感觉做事认真,一
板一眼,用的时规范的gfe表格。
B 受的origination fee 比较低,并且有508刀的credit。没有application fee.
closing + prepaid= 2680+2360= $5042. 但感觉对做事比较随意。我觉得他好像已经
算得时候减掉了builder 出的$2000 的closing fee. 他说可以免费为我锁定一年的利
率。并且我可以选择小的那个!靠普吗?
