not feeling boring at all, e.g., library(also borrow 1 or 2 books/magazines
for her,she choose by herself), sentosa, singapore river, chinese garden,
shopping mall etc.
we also took 1 or 2 photos for her if we bring camera, e.g., sentosa
but I say NO when she want to take a photo with me or the baby

there are many apts hv parking lots. and some ppl sell their space
for arround 100$ a mth (arround my area. in cambridge).
parking is tough in general if u drive arround, but not impossible lah..
just look for apt w/ parking or on street slots arround bah.
as for housing. depends.. i suppose in boston $1000 -$1300 may cover a ok
two br apt.. need to look arround tho. that's about average bah..

房子和租金：
房子条件很不错，一个卧室带很大的壁橱，所有衣服都能放。客厅也带一个小一些的壁
橱，放鞋子和冬天的大衣什么的。 卧室和客厅都有空调。Apartment每一层都有洗衣房
, 整个apartment 都是one bed room的，所以住户基本上都是单身的上班族，邻居都挺
nice挺安静的。Apartment有自己的停车场，免费的。厨房有房东提供的冰箱和oven，
我自己有一套小餐桌/椅，宜家写字台/椅子，微波炉，咖啡机，电饭锅什么的都很新，
不好搬都可以给你留下。租金625/mth, 不用交水费，冬天取暖也cover 了，而且暖气
给得很足，自己只需要交电费。我的Lease 到明年5月份，如果直接break lease 要交
罚金很不合算，有人愿意sublease 的话，租金上我可以稍微吃点亏，第一年的时候我
付了相当于一个月房租的押金，这个也不需要你承担。
位置，交通和周边：

1) 价格低于实际成本，7年前105M买的一个大楼，只卖了30M，那个楼的造价就不知$
150/sqf，更不要说地价了，那是在机场和SJ的downtown；那个楼的租金多少，我不知
道，湾区平均是mth $1.1-1.5/sqf，那个楼只能高。就是说price/rent只有10都不到。
2）行业外的人在大谈机会和storm，例如2000年的买房子的agent，天天讨论B2B，和今
天一群硅工在讨论commercial real estate crisis.
所以我还是有根据的，你来讲讲你的根据。 |
