1. 为了CLAIM 2010年以后MTM，这两天必须 FILE。
2. 只要附上个STATEMENT。写清楚
That you are making an election under section 475(f) of the Internal Revenue
Code.
The first tax year for which the election is effective.
The trade or business for which you are making the election.
3. 这次千万不要FILE 3115：
Do not file form 3115 at this time as it may cause you to lose your MTM
status.
4. MTM 对你没有坏处，即使你FILE了MTM，以后依然可以像以前一样填税表，
MTM只是多给你一个选择，一个可以让你炒股不交税的选择。估计没有人不喜欢。

我regiser 了MTM accout,但是看完了tutorial 没有多大启发。 好几个”Tips"多快要
expeire 了。 请教有经验的前辈谈谈如何file a claim and get paid for your
servece.

工作稳定性高不？以前APPE的时候在绿墙那个店MTM全是我一个人来做，还算有点经验
，但是要每天在家，不知道日子过得慢不。感觉在绿墙retail的好处就是日子过得快，
一会儿就下班了 |

有成效，有的觉得你是fraud,有的觉得你是sales,有的一下子就挂电话，不接电话，或
者就算我说了很久，也同意fax MD了，最后MD没反映。感觉在绿强这就是个亏钱的事，
还好我INTERN免费。一小时下来，我能打10个电话差不多了，还不一定都成功，有的一
个电话才2.5美元下来 |

It is the great program to get paid for counsuling service. As pharamcist,
you check patient profile, and perferm Drug utiliztion. Then you see if
there is any drug dulpication, potential cost saving by changing brand to
generic or change other alternatives.....
The most difficult part is the entry of the information to the computer.
Sometimes, they reject the NDC number and level of service. That's the part
i have struggle with. Anybody has any suggestions ? |

同里有很详细的指标，需要达到什么metrics. 估计telecommuter的工作内容应该也比
较详细，即使work from home也会比较忙碌吧。 |

发帖数: 688 | 26 压力肯定有，主要是要达到metrics，当然这个和工作性质有关。我认识的这些药剂师
主要是为保险公司的CMS STAR measures努力的。所以压力大概来自于HEDIS/pharmacy
measures这一块。需要经常travel。碰到好的医生，建立好的关系，工作很好做。碰到
不喜欢放权或者难以信任药剂师的医生，就不好做。用的系统是OUTCOMES MTM，有时候
一个encounter可以submit几个claim, 所以就算都被MD reject了也有好几个两块钱 ~_
~ 我感觉telephonic比face2face要难做，毕竟不太好建立physician rapport. 好处可
能就是不用travel可以WFH。不过估计你每个月还是需要达到一定的指标。总体来说，
至少是我观察，不觉得压力非常大，虽然可能比较忙。至少比retail压力较小，
clinical role更多一点。 |

2. 现在还有两天，准备MTM的赶紧申报为明年做准备。
3. DT一点都不好，如果我不DT，就捂开始买的东东，现在就成了大财主了！
4. 用软件，我填了10几年的税表，这是第一次用，反正轻松得多。
5. 尽量留着所有的RECEIPT，别告诉我没地方放，WALMAT那个棕色的带轮的垃圾桶并不
贵，可以装 RECEIPTS。

I don't like many patients interactions. Occasionally patients counseling
in retail or hospital is not bad. Sometimes it is not easy to make all MDs
happy. Doing MTM in a hospital may be better.
But I heard MTM might be one of the most important areas for pharmacists.
Many pharmacy schools encourage their students to involve more in MTM. As
there's increased need in MTM, the ones who like patients counseling will

intentionally use their capital lost and EXPENSE together..
IRS's question should be if you are loser, why you still in the business.
if you are winner, I don't see any different between MTM and not MTM.

发帖数: 455 | 41 日本人的技术也是跟英国学的。MTM就这个价，120-150的料子一般在30-50英镑一米。
所谓MTM是到店里第一次量尺寸，第二次试成衣，如果有不妥的地方，直接改成衣。
bench made 或者叫full bespoke，第二次是试半成衣，不妥的地方裁缝直接改纸版，
然后改到妥为止，第三次试成衣，如果还有不妥再改成衣，等等。所以贵是贵在手工上
面。Savile Row上的MTM也就1千多磅一套。full bespoke那就没顶了，三千五千都有。 |

2013年：
- 学业结束，3.5 GPA，有什么用呀，我又不申请residency.
- NCPA business plan得了第二名，总算有点可以写在resume上的
- APPE开始：
1. specialty pharmacy: 这个我比较喜欢，工作轻松，还被病人感谢，有个specialty
,病人都是癌症呀之类的重病人，比较尊重人，就是工作太少，我们这地要是没人挪窝
的话，估计不胡有opening
2. am care,遇到了一个bitch preceptor,虽然最后人还是可以的，不过这个rotation
