节。
有个雨夜，一个FBI探长被手下叫到办公室，因为有人来报告他在追查的案件的情况。
这是一个系列谋杀案，谋杀者自称上帝之手，杀了6个人了，但是除了第一个被害者，
其余都不见尸体，案情毫无线索。
探长在办公室里接见了报案者。这哥们介绍自己叫Fenton, 说所有的谋杀都是自己的弟
弟Adam干的。现在弟弟已经挂了，他要把弟弟埋到一个玫瑰园里。探长问他到底怎么回
事，为什么这么想。这哥们就慢慢地讲了自己家庭的背景。
他妈生他弟弟Adam的时候死了，他爸爸作为一个修车工，把他兄弟二人抚养长大。有一
天夜里，他爸突然把他兄弟俩叫醒，宣称自己见证了上帝，而且上帝对他说，他们是有
特殊任务的，要负责惩处恶魔。他爸第二天上班的路上还看到一道金光照向路边农田的
废弃小屋，在屋里得到了他认为上帝赐予他的武器，一把斧子和一双手套。后来又以类似
的方式得到一条钢管。他爸自认为这就是天使指引他得到的三样武器。

为单位，那么结果就要有说服力的多。
这上面两种我做过，所以给你的推荐是：
自杀率在美国和大锅饭有关（gini，负相关）；在全世界和IQ有正相关（越聪明，越自
杀）。
死亡率（因为暴力引起的，包括杀人、强奸、抢劫和攻击导致的死亡）无论在美国，或
者在全世界都和IQ有负相关。
上述两个因素都是最大的。
我注意到你的帖子里面用的仅仅是Murder。而murder仅仅是暴力犯罪死亡的一部分（如
jerseyv所说，murder： the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being
by another.)FBI的数据要更全些，包括了其他的犯罪导致死亡的数目。

阻止枪流到神经病手上，现在所有的舆论，所有的提案基本上都是要register 所有的
gun owner, 然后检查他们有没有神经病。为什么不能是register所有的神经病，然后

为什么gun owner 就比神经病低人一等？ 好像保护神经病的隐私权就是很高尚的事，

comedy tour aimed at combating what the comics are calling Islamophobia.
Hmmm.
When I see any accusatory word whose suffix is phobia, I’m immediately
suspicious. Usually those throwing such words about are those who are also
throwing an agenda at us.

degree murder. 法官否决了third-degree murder. 所以控方现在的要求是second-
degree murder or manslaughter。
辩方要求的是陪审团考虑Not guilty OR Second-degree murder 。 很有趣的是辩方在
得知控方要求起较轻的罪名起诉后不喜反怒， 一再强调当初是以Second-degree
murder 起诉的， 就应拿出证据证明Second-degree， 否则就是无罪。 我总体的感觉
是控辩双方都意识到Second-degree murder 恐怕不能成立， 控方欲起诉轻罪， 意在
让Zimmerman至少服刑， 辩方坚持以重罪量刑， 是为了让Z无罪释放。
我瞎猜一下结果：最大的可能是 Zimmerman manslaughter 罪名成立， 服刑9－15年；
其次是无罪释放； 最后是Second-degree murder， 可终身监禁。 |
