hypothesis拥有强烈的信心以及毫不妥协的态度，却没有任何concrete evidence来
support自己的论点。chanelmm的观点我完全赞成，但是引用皮匠的博客也是不妥的。1
）皮匠的论述是第二手资料；2）皮匠的博客是几年前写的，这期间完全有可能产生政
策或法律层面的变化；3）万一皮匠一开始就错了呢？（当然，在这个问题上皮匠是绝
对正确的）。

The Department of State (DOS) advised today that the EB2 India and China
category is likely to retrogress in the May or June 2012 Visa Bulletin.
Charles Oppenheim, Chief, Visa Control and Reporting, provided this
information at an AILA conference on March 16, 2012. Mr. Oppenheim projected
that it will become necessary to retrogress the EB2 date back to
approximately August 2007.

太严格了容易被怀疑是给你量身定做的。我的PERM是murthy law firm做的，他们在所
有的广告列完要求之后，后面都会附加一句，any other combination of experience
and education is suitable. 事实上是一般应聘的人看到前面的要求了，就不会来申
请了，你说PHD preferred, 那一般master看到这个广告就不申请了。
最后，你干嘛在PERM这一颗树上吊死呢，都是EB2，不如试试NIW |

should be able to find all 140's related to you.
Nonetheless this is their mistake and is an obvious one for them to correct.
With dates retrogressed, your only chance to keep I485 alive is to file for
MTR. Find a good immigration attorney, maybe Murthy, I used them and they
are extremely knowledgeable and professional, e.g. you can always call and

The EAD provides unrestricted employment authorization. So, from that point
of view, it is fine to work for the current (sponsoring) employer FT while
working PT for another employer.
It would not be necessary to update the I-9. The I-9 is the employer's
obligation as far as reverifications etc. The individual's main concern it
to make sure that all employment is authorized in some fashion.

试他，然后找个借口说不合适把他据了，当然，这个过程都要document好。
其次，你这个广告，限定要top5 4年什么的，太restrictive了，一看就是量身定做的
，几乎肯定会被audit。好的广告应该是看上去很宽松，但是实际上找不到合适的人。
如果你公司允许你自己找律师，你又不在乎花钱，可以试试Murthy，我找的他们，专业
水准没得说，算是移民的金牌律师了，我看很多烙印都把那种特别复杂的case找他们。
当然也贵了，自己斟酌吧。

Conclusion from above information:
EB23 need more than 6 years now, provided you do not change job. If you want
to get a degree or change a major, add 2 - 10 years. If you want to get
citizen, add extra 5 or more years.
So please plan well for a 6 ~ 20 year life. haha, but if you can not make it

questions and concerns. Emails and phone calls are screened by paralegals
then responded by the attorney in charge during business hours. Most likely,
the applicant/beneficiary could possibly go through the process with
multiple different paralegals but stick with the same attorney. Hope this
