一个是Tellus Science Museum。有趣度不亚于城里的Ferbank Museum.有一个展厅专门
讲地球发展和矿石，一个讲动物，一个讲汽车飞机火箭。有一个各类科学小原理的活动
厅。一个专门让你捡矿石的gem panning活动厅，一个可以模拟挖掘化石的活动厅。另
外有个球幕电影，需要买票另外进。户外还有一个讲太阳能新能源的房子，很多
monster truck，一个很大的花园。
一个是Booth Western Art Museum. 大小不亚于High Museum,虽然从展品高大上来说可
能比不上high，但是也很不错。地下室有个西部牛仔主题的儿童活动室。定期会有各种
活动，比如cow boy festival.
这两个博物馆离的很近，每个月的第一个周末，持bank of america的卡免费。另外
downtown cartersville从boothwestern步行几分钟就可以到，很cute的一个美国小镇
，可以吃个午饭。大家可以make a day out of it. |

paintings there. and it also has a nice sculpture garden, which
is nice. it is on 53rd street.
but visitors usually go to metropolitan museum. it is too big
for my taste. And keep in mind that it is colse on monday.
Guggenheim Museum is nice too. the architecture of the museum
is art itself.
if you go to Chelsea(my name yah :)) area, you can find lots nice,
little galleries. you can just wander around, which i often
do. :) |

说到ohio 就不得不说ohio 是飞机的诞生地，但实际上ohio
还诞生了第一个月球人，Neil Armstrong，美国第一个宇航员(John Glenn)也是目前年龄
最大的太空人,一个专利发明大王(Tom Edsion), 和七位美国总统， 总而言之， ohio 是
个风水宝地。。。。
回来说wright brothers, 其实Dec 17, 2003, at Kitty Hawk, NC, Orville 同学只不
过就在天上呆了12sec, 很难说哪个结果是风吹得还是真的manned, controlled flight,
所以两兄弟回到Dayton 继续改进自己的飞行机器， 他们的试飞场地就是，Huffman
Prairie， 这块大草地就是现在的WPAFB 的B 区，也就是USAF museum 前面的那块大草地
， 据说当年有80多acr |

Boston的fine art museum 据说是比较出名的。但人在这里就心懒意懒，
居然一年多都没去看过。
成行还是上周。考完试。坐绿线回家。不想叉了线。发觉的时候离fine
are museum只有一站了，于是将计就计，干脆游一回。
也许是博物馆看得少的缘故，心里总存着不少期望，以为下车的地方花团
锦簇，不料一看，和美国的所有建筑一样，平平板板得象AACUP的港姐。
让人没有任何幻想。
偶一直怀念老家后面的那条小巷，那里绿树成荫，各国古建筑隐在花丛
后面。春夏的夜晚，漫步于斯.树影里可以体会文人的维美格调。偶深信
那段小路曾培育起偶对某种不现实体验的依恋。在光影的组合里，有时
人会产生一种希望，希望能象雪莱诗歌中的自杀者，乘船沿花海漂流而下
直到失去知觉。
维美的格调毁灭了我们这一小撮无知的年青人。我很幸运自己是唯一的幸
存者。感谢我的丈夫，他止住了偶灵魂中无限的下坠。终于在现实里弥到
一个支点。
不过，fine art museum似乎安全的生存在停车场的计价牌之间，懒洋洋的
似乎不会诱惑 |

USAFM 最近可能要新建第四个机库了， 6月间最后一次到访发现他们的Missile Mall 已
经基本完工。
8月usafm 开始公开展出一架零战..... 其实这个博物馆除了网站列出的展品外，在wpafb
area b 他们还有一些机库， 不算总统机库和R&D 机库的话。
