For that size, just go to a local HD/Lowe/Sears/Farm and Fleet or whatever

我在7.21的时候，胚胎第八周自然流产。6天后去看医生，说基本上流干净了，HCG显示
为51，医生B超的时候就只看到那么一点了给我开了个宫缩的药，说有助于把淤血流干
净。我回家后，还没吃药，就发现掉下一个小指那么大的淤血了。从那以后，就再也没
流血了。医生还是坚持让吃了药，说吃药过程中也会因为宫缩流血，但事实上我没有。
所以2周以后再去看OB， OB用手摸了下子宫，说都挺好的。然后我坚持要测HCG，她认
为没必要但还是查了，nagative。 所以医生认为都留干净了，说从这天开始的4周内应
该会来例假（也就是流产后的4-7周）。
现在已经7周了，我还没来例假，我自己用怀孕试纸测，是阴性的，排卵试纸也只有一
条线，前2天觉得小腹有些要来例假的感觉。但就是没有例假，额头和后背的痘痘因为
这次怀孕长出来的，知道这几天才开始消退。
约了OB 周三。
想问问大家，我周三看OB的时候，应该问些什么，需要要求做B超码？一般医生是给开
药吗？
还有，一般这种不来例假，是没流干净吗？如果HCG已经显示阴性了，是不是表示流干
净了？
家里有乌鸡白封丸和益母草，也不知道该不该吃？

儿医不上班所以送urgent care了。 我着急担忧，医生都是轻描淡写。 我也知道发烧
其实是好现象。但是娃受罪我心理难过着急啊。 抗生素的side effect就是吐，拉稀.

什么原因的在6-7周的胎停。请问这种情况要做羊穿吗?
现在选择了maternity T２１plus（１０周３天做的） 加上１５－１６周抽血做AFP。
再加上２０周的大B超。没有选择传统的first trimester 和second trimester
screening。要求把first trimester screening 也加上， 医生不同意。说做了cell-
free DNA 后， first trimester screening 是没必要和多余的。
当时觉得cell-free DNA是直接查染色体的可能会可靠些， 现在maternity T２１plus
结果刚出来，但只说２１，１８和１３号染色体都是negative 的， 并没有给出一个
ratio。说明上写这３个染色体的specificity都在99.x－99.8％， 但是２１，１８和
１３号染色体的sensitity 分别是９６.２－９９.８％， ９２.４－９９.９％，５９.

情感的人，和孩子沟通要和大人沟通一样，理解孩子，而不是把大人自己觉得对的要求
强加给孩子＂. 我自己也实践出来这个道理：大部分赞同女儿，小部分提出批判，批
判才有用。所以真的是要抓大放小。

老人的追求细节是一辈子的习惯了。现在只要不管我几点睡觉就已经是谢天谢地，女儿

的都羊穿了，有问题都早治疗或放弃了。
羊穿的风险是流产，几率是很小的， 1/600 to 1/1000。而且很难说流产是因为羊穿，

我理解大概是潮水老说的乱中取胜，整合能力强，也是为什么这类孩子学东西可以学
得非常非常快。学校教育是一步一步循序渐进的，这类孩子反而容易get lost, 特别进度
慢一个局部知识点一个局部知识点学习的时候，因为不容易看到relationships
- learns concepts all at once；learn concepts permanently; do not learn by
drill and repetition
在学校被迫反复drill, 会turn off这类孩子，不光浪费时间，可能还有负面影响

，就能屌丝逆袭到不再落后。(指至少是 Middle School Math 7-8-algebra，而不是小
学的 "baby algebra"）。从长期的角度，不需要特别担心。
这个我有我家大娃和我自己的例子。
当然理论上的问题是这个是 education 的问题，还是 academic performance
evaluation system 的问题。但在实践上对个体而言，因为总是可以适当加料。外加小
学初中的分数没有实际的用处。还有就是小学初中娃不是叛逆期，或多或少比较听话。
所以 education 问题还是 evaluation 的问题，在个体实践上的意义不大，前提是家
长保持一颗平常心就好了。
