works. here is what I found out:
1. Real name verification only apply to accounts with massive followers,
which should already being verified before the rules are published.
2. no real name verification for regular accounts which I think make sense
as who cares those accounts that had less than 100 followers.

我的状态是married filling jointly。 双方都是F1，resident alien，都有SSN。准
备File 1040，其中我是主填他是spouse。两人去年都付了学费，现在退税的时候想要
把这些学费退回来一部分所以要填8863.
我知道我应该交一张8863的Page 1和两张Page 2,一张page2报我的一张page2报他的。
那么问题来了，在每张page的最上边都需要填写Name(s) shown on return和Your SSN
。我的理解既然表上都说了是Name(s),那就应当同时填我和spouse的名字。可是对应的
只有一个SSN的空位，难道是要填两个名字加一个SSN号吗？感觉好奇怪啊。
我需不需要在一个SSN位置里硬塞进去两个SSN号，还是只填我自己的SSN不写spouse的?
或者干脆连Name(s) shown on return也只填我的名字不写spouse的？ |

Protecting him this way may not be the best way to help him. He needs to learn
how to deal with such frustrations in life and yet still feel proud about his

刚才给FBI打了电话，说FP当天打了，当天就把结果返回给USCIS了。
然后给USCIS打电话，officer说看到已经打了FP，但是case还是pending，pending
means a decision has not been made...
我问能不能看到name check, FP check是不是clear，人家告诉我，说他们data base看
不到。
按pjiang的帖子里打了USCIS name check，没有6那步的option了。
大家现在都是怎么查name check的结果的？
怎么知道自己的case是不是已经被分到VO手里做adudication了呢？ |

老奶奶先告诉我今天刚刚交到officer手上做最后的决定
不敢相信，just today? 老奶奶点头just today.
高兴坏了，差点就闪人了
后来感觉不踏实，刚出门口又回头向老奶奶求证name chekc的状态
她分别把fp check和name check都查了，it is good!
这个过程到收到 变绿 或 RFE 的email估计也要2-3周吧。
我记得USHenry也是从Phoenix转到TSC的，他的是5/9号的，我的是15号，希望这是两个
连续相关的case，这样5月的才显得有连续性。
最后，祝愿大蜜蜂的name check也尽快clear。熬name check真不是一般人承受得住的
（葛优说了，这事谁动真感情谁完蛋：P）。 |

刚才打了uscis的电话，Tier 2。说我的background check is still pending。8个月
了，居然还在pending。我问name check clear了吗。 他说FBI负责name check，他们
不知道。
如果name check cleared，他们系统里看不到吗？ 怎么查name check是不是clear了？
我非党员，不是大俗名。但是敏感专业，签证必check。一年前回国返迁，被check了。

而且偶特意问了一下officer，是fingerprint还是name check，offier在那支吾半天，

name check was already cleared once in 2008.
I am guessing it is an excuse by USCIS. Does anyone know if the FBI name
check will expire after certain amount of time?
If it is true, then maybe a lot of current but unapproved cases are waiting
for the second round name check results. |

returned to the submitting agency as having "no record" within 48-72 hours.
然后：
A secondary manual search of residuals from the original run is conducted
within 10 days and identifies an additional number of names as a “no record
” response.
看来大部分NC在3天内就会自动完成(结果是“no record”的)并返回给USCIS。只有剩
下的部分，才需要手工search。

problem, even when there are somebody ask me about the name, I will tell
them one is Chinese the other is English. I don't think it will be an issue
