different PH value. What I am looking at right now is Nano Lett. 2, 887-889,
2002. And the sugar nanotube is made by van der waals interaction that may be
weekley bonded. There isn't quite a few organic nanoTUBEs not nanorod or
something.
My interest is to find some nanotubes that has enough hollow space, let us
say, around 15A, but it is an insulator and stable at least at common chemical
environments.

then none keep working on it.
The idea came from that nanotube bundle will be bent if you apply electric
voltages at both sides of bundles. This was published at science three years
ago. Then we proposed that if to put nanotube bundle into fluid, the flow will
bent the nanotube bundle and so that change the voltage over the bundle.

(15),没有推导,没有参考文献,我对此结果很困惑,不知道怎么来的。
没有固体物理基础,只学过一点基础量子力学,对carbon nanotube的特殊性质不熟悉。

不会吧,这个NT系列的会质量都不错,这次的亦然,尤其是poster,有很多很好的,抓
到了不少人狂问问题。原来一直觉得Nanotube is dying, 这次会议上还是发现了不少
有前景的亮点,觉得没准还能扑腾好久呢,当然graphene的兴起是势不可挡的。另外也
是个很好的了解国内情况的好机会,个人感觉清华(范,姜那边)和北大(刘,张还有
彭那边)俨然是国内纳米领域的两架马车。
呵呵,吃吃喝喝哪里开会都是,美国的不少会除外(感觉他们就是挣钱的,啥也没有)
,另外会“逢场钻营”也不错啊,这个就是圈子里面的游戏规则,国内国外亦如此。呵
呵,不少人做报告的时候还在说文章在审,希望在场的referee高抬贵手,还有直接找
falcuty位置的,挺好的啊。
总之,收获很多。(唯一的遗憾是组织的一般,流感的影响,情有可原。每天在烈日下
