小弟 材料物理背景,半导体 纳米材料生长 (nanowire, nanoparticle, thin film),
以及在 seminductor/Si solar cell, LED,FETs 方面的应用。相关技术:光谱,
XRD, SEM,TEM,MOSFET,Solar Cell Characterization including transient
electron transport,IPCE, etc. and FET noise)
只有个位数审稿,着急攒审稿,申请绿卡用。工作比较忙,非诚勿扰,也乐意花些小钱
