talk to your title company, and ask whether the title insurance is
comprehensive, which means they will take care if there is nay title issue,
or it just covers the period from the previous owner to the current owner.
Get a comprehensive one, even though it will cost more. Otherwise move on or
wait until the title company clear the lien for you.

而时不时有人在本版和隔壁板问关于公民申请的问题以及绿卡保持
身份的问题，鉴于本版和隔壁班大多讨论的是申请绿卡的问题，
我建议开个公民版以利于讨论相关话题，包括拿到公民后在美国行使公民权的问题。
