收十几块mantanence fee，几个月下来，扣光了里面的钱，居然还能往负
数里扣，然后因为是negative balance，每天扣7块，天天扣，现在快负
一百了。我记得有个banker和我说过，checking account不会收费收到
负数的。这个破银行不知道怎么搞的，还是说现在政策不一样了？ |

发帖数: 797 | 11 前面搞了一个ChildrenPlace的Store卡，去年12月的时候买了40多块钱的东西。账单来
了后寄了Check（后来证实这个Check没有Clear，不知道怎么了，但是自己一直没有留
意）。后来今年6,7月份申请信用卡的时候被拒，查过CreditReport之后说是有
NegativeAccount。然后才发现这个ChildrenPlace的PLACECard因为6个月没还钱，被
Close了，然后报给信用局。
给CustomerService打了电话，说可以给HistoryAdjustmentDepartmen。我就写了封信
，说明了情况，提到了我当初是寄了Check的。还有就是因为我选择了Paperless
statement.然后就是从第一个月到他们Close账户，我也没有收到任何的警告或者通知
。然后附上了2张Check，一张是当初40多块的原账单，另一张是帐号被关时的Balance
（加上了每月的Late费和利息）180多。我说明了让他们选择一张Deposit。结果很快他
们把2张Check都Deposit了，然后给我发了回信，说他们是照章办事，没办法改了。

数额比较大，发卡方会联系当事人要求repay这部分negative balance。这其实和商家
已经没关系了。即便是没有注册过的prepaid卡理论上也能找到用卡的人，但是成本比
较大也麻烦，发卡方会这样做吗？
另外，这和商家的charge方式也有关系，有的商家或者service provider他会先假
charge，这种情况下出现负balance，就当付款失败。有的是即时charge，那只能发卡
方联系持卡人了。
至于没有注册过的prepaid卡可否charge成负的，我记得是可以的。。。比如吃饭的小
费。。。
所以，基本来说，这属于ymmv，不同商家，不同prepaid卡，是否注册过都会影响结果
，写了这么多，就是觉得没必要吵 |

刚才接到generic counselor 的好消息，说MaterniT21是negative的，还发了报告给我
-全是统计
数据作支持，（confidence interval,level 比较高，说明较确定，可还是个统计结
果啊）。 结果整整提前了3-5出来（原计划8-10个工作日).
---先自付$475,如果insurance cover ，就在退回我，否则也不用付剩下的balance.
---抽两管血，等结果。据说准确率达99.1%（尽管好像还是说screening test,不同于
diagnose test,不过更像diagnose)， 接近CVS or Amnio test。
---研究的是母体血液里含的3-5%的小孩的free cell, 看染色体有没有多.
---医生说，自己看还要不要做amnio 了.
这些天我可都是在做着如果有唐氏的话的准备，尽管ld 到是挺有信心。

lant，居然就拧上drain plug要往里加新的coolant了(新的coolant也是这半瓶那半瓶凑
