many, the causes cannot be identified. also in many, it may be impossible to
diagnose it at the acute phase.
getting records doesn't necessarily mean there may be improper actions on
the part of the providers. but it may help you identify a cause.

下奶一般是初为母亲的人最关心的问题。奶水的多少与乳房的大小是没有直接关系的，
就是说方法得当，小乳房的MM也可以成为奶牛。有些人在怀孕时就开始溢奶，据说这种
人下奶会更加快，我没有溢过奶，剖腹生下天天元元后，整一天也没有挤出一点点的奶
星星，我想我可能就是传说中的草牛吧，不过我倒没有什么心理负担，因为没有母乳，
就喂formula。第二天一个母乳专家就来我床前手把手教我胸喂元元（天天因黄疸在照
灯），她叫我一定要坚持让小孩吸，不管有没有奶出来只要小孩饿了，就让他吸，第一
天他们不鼓励喂孩子液体奶，如果小孩子恋上了不费劲就能吸到的液体奶，以后就更不
好胸喂了。第二天，看着元元饿得哇哇直哭，我坚决要了similac的液体奶，但在饿之
前也会让他先吸吸。遗憾的是天天元元都不是天生的fish lip，就是那种吸奶时两片嘴

资料，glyburide禁忌用于孕妇。再上网查了英文资料，发现FDA没有足够证据证明

搜了一下，这老美太牛了，太佩服了，这么危险，非要生5个孩子啊，第二个孩子30周

suck reflex。简而言之，就是娃在latch on的时候不能正确的运用舌头。她不能做到
把舌头伸到乳晕与下牙床之间，而是停留在口腔内部。所以，吮吸的时候，经常只是在
咂吧舌头，而没有能够形成有效的吸吮。我喂奶的情况，经常是娃很着急要吃奶，但是
她总是吸不到，于是她着急地头乱晃，手乱抓，偶尔手碰到嘴巴，就开始吃手。这真是
一个令人郁闷的场景，娃不吃我的奶，吃自己的手。。。
幸运的是，我们遇到了一个很好的台湾护士Teresa。Teresa教我们的方法，是在每次哺
乳之前由老公给闺女进行舌头练习：戴上医用powder free的手套，指甲朝下，让娃吸
吮30秒，然后慢慢将手指反过来、指肚朝下压娃的舌头，同时慢慢地抽出手指。抽出手
指以后，马上让娃latch on，这个时候经常能够成功。不过这样的训练实在是费时，前
1、2天，往往是我、娃爸和护士满头大汗地折腾了1个多小时，我娃也没能准确地吸几
口。但是，娃一点一点在进步，出院的时候，我基本已经勉强一个人能让娃吃奶了。

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

朋友在国内生孩子，有黄疸，医生让多喂水排尿排黄疸。
我一听就怒了，这不是庸医么。
黄疸是破碎的血细胞中的血红素被转换成胆红素没有及时排出体外在体液中富集，使得
皮肤显出黄色。
胆红素刚生成的时候是非结合型胆红素不溶于水，主要通过粪便排出。
非结合型胆红素在肝脏中转化成结合型胆红素才溶于水变成尿胆素从肾脏排出。
新生儿的肝脏发育不全，没法转化那么多胆红素到尿中。就是要多吃奶多排便才能排出
非结合型胆红素。
我家儿子刚出生有黄疸。猛吃了几顿奶，还加了配方奶。医院让全天照紫外灯，我们假
模假式照了半个小时就抱回crib了。第二天就好了
美国医生一般不让给婴儿喝水，一是怕增加肾脏负担，二是水会占胃的体积，减少奶量
，营养摄入就少了

****努南氏症是1963年由小兒科醫師Dr Jacquline Noonan 首次提出並闡述。
主要是特殊心臟缺損、身材短小及罕見的臉部特徵，屬於一種多發性先天異常症候群。
目前尚無產前檢查可確診，但可在懷孕早期經由超音波掃描瞭解是否有心臟異常，約50
%的患者有PTPN Type11的基因缺陷，發生率為1/1,000 ~1/2,500出生新生兒。
疾病簡介
此症個案外觀像透納氏症患者，具有個子矮、八字眉、內眥贅皮、後髮緣低、脖子短、
蹼狀頸、手肘外翻、隱睪症、青春期延遲等表徵，但不同之處在於透納氏症個案為染色
體數目少了一條X所致，而努南氏症候群則為基因變異所造成，因此此症的發生不分性
別、男女生都可能發生，且半數以上個案伴隨有先天性心臟病（肺動脈狹窄較常見），
部分則有輕度智能不足的問題。

发帖数: 220 | 43 seattle地区，糖妈，40周6天羊水少量漏，到医院催产36小时，顺产。娃肺积水，转
nicu（下午五点），除水后一直哭，护士死说是头皮擦破，打止痛药。两次没效果后，
护士就不管了，哭到第二天早上（没停），发现六点小孩浑身抖，拖到
八九点小护士拿来简易aEEG，测试后脑内信号不正常，初步定位neonatal seizure，熬
到下午EEG，明早MRI。
网上查了很久，两个比较大的malpractice
1.破水不能超过24小时生产，这次我们家从破水到生产共39小时，最后发现胎盘子宫均
感染。
2.小孩肺积水出来没有哭，直接进NICU（new birth）；很有可能会产生癫痫，医生护
士没有任何观测，直到第二天早上；癫痫发作会损坏小孩神经，一整晚都不知道损坏到
什么程度了。后续检查相当缓慢，怎么争取抖不加速。

the AF at 1 month after birth was 2.2 cm, which was the largest one. The
size of AF was 1.0 (0.3 - 2.0) cm at age 12 months, and 0.5 (0.3 - 0.7) cm
at 24 months
Anterior Frontanel (AF) is almost closed (similar to 24hrs), it is extremely

子吃了不过敏再继续买其中一种。
不建议豆奶粉，我们小孩当初就是牛奶豆奶都过敏，吃豆奶粉湿疹没有好转。等小孩过
了一岁再试豆奶粉比较安全。 |

发帖数: 1010 | 48 两岁多吃大人的饭没有问题了，牛奶或者奶粉里有的营养从饮食里也能补充啊，牛油果
，蛋黄，肉类，鱼虾类，绿色蔬菜，坚果（如果孩子不过敏）再加上儿童维他命就足够
了，真的不用为了摄入牛奶的“营养”或者而专门买奶粉。
而且Neonate和Alimentum都是婴儿奶粉，这样大的小孩应该注重正常营养饮食，婴儿奶
粉不该再继续吃下去,至少我们的儿医这样说的。 |
