What I want to know is, is this ruling binding ONLY on California, or is it
binding on all the states within the ninth circuit? Are they saying that
Proposition 8, itself, is unconstitutional, or are they saying that all bans
on same-sex marriage are unconstitutional?
As it is, it seems they're only saying that this particular ban was
unconstitutional, since its proponents failed to offer compelling evidence

Some of Joe's actions were exactly those when ones feel nervous and uncomfortable. For example, awkward hand gesture, stiff upper body, constantly licking lips. The reason the establishment likes Rubio is because, unlike Bush, he is a
