我觉得是否可以考虑专门准备一大锅油。
每次烧完菜，锅清理干净，然后整锅泡油里，或者锅里灌满油？
以上纯属搞笑。。。
我觉得还是火候的控制吧。就算是用的不锈钢锅，煎蛋煎鱼照样可以做到不沾的。
而且只要不是涂层锅，沾锅了也没啥大不了的。
把菜肉们都安全转移之后，别让锅放凉，开着中火热着锅，倒入不需要很大量的开水。
在水不断翻滚的时候用铲子轻易就能把沾锅的渣渣们都搞掉。
然后如果你想继续积累养层，就洗刷擦干再拿去烤箱焗个油上个面膜就好了。 |

炒菜时只要烧热锅子再下油即可，热锅凉油。无须刻意养锅。
偶尔炒起一道菜后，锅子还是干干净净的(比如炒饭后)，那么就不洗，炒下一道。 |

ness一年峥20来万的比比皆是，不是有文章说韩国人，意大利人拿中国人没办法么？小台
北变成小北京的么？我估计以后印度人的旅馆业也要被中国人分去。
但还是一句话，没有身份，一切都不好办。和偷渡的人这边都有七孤八姨不一样，留学生
们一般举目无亲，没有身份就没有退路，只好走主流道路。别说打工当老板比炒股票的风
险小，没有身份，万一有人告了这是吃不了兜着走。 |

早上开车出去的时候，和往常一样有一搭没一搭的听着NPR。突然，一个名字引起了我
的注意，新闻里说New Hampshire的一家拍卖行正在拍卖一个Al Capone的签名，电话访
谈的专家估计最后的拍卖价格可能达到１万到１万５千美金。
Al "Scarface" Capone，禁酒时期芝加哥乃至全美国最著名（也有评价说是美国历史上
，当然一般说最臭名昭著）的黑帮头目，在他死去60多年以后，还能时不时的回到我们
的新闻中来。
你不知道他没关系，打开google，输入"Al "，出来的第一个就是＂Al Capone＂，下来
是大家熟悉的＂Al Pacino＂，我还没见到咱们戈尔副总统排到前头来过。:)
第一次接触到这个名字是在大学时代，周末在学校录像厅里流览的无数片子中有一部是
87年重拍的"The Untouchables"，讲的是当年美国禁酒局的特工（好象大家都把agent

is not income, but you must reduce your basis by the amount of the rebate.
Example. You buy a new car for $24,000 cash and receive a $2,000 rebate
check from the manufacturer. The $2,000 is not income to you. Your basis in
the car is $22,000. This is the basis on which you figure gain or loss if
you sell the car and depreciation if you use it for busi-ness.
