，死活不让提前进去，一怒之下，我绕过起点再进入course，成绩也不要了。一路拍照
facebook，颇有些人裸奔。在气氛感染下，我也在golden gate park里面照相之前把上
衣脱了，半裸奔到终点。可是305的start/stop被我搞乱了，所以最后也不知道成绩。
跑完后再沿路跑回停车处，顺便看风景。 |

I think to evaluate overpower-ness, one way might be to trade backhand to
backhand or forehand to forehand and/or use half court only. No one can use
angle to win over, only use pace (depth is hard to rule out though, maybe we

在一处，地址是：
2201 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Suite 110, Washington, DC 20007
直接google地图搜索这个地址，有street view就是签证处所在大楼，办公室在一楼。
在威斯康辛街两侧，和对面的小街W Pl都有停车位，签证处楼背后有收费停车场，停车
很方便，附近有METRO BUS但是离地铁站较远。
大使馆的新馆造型比较独特，愿意去看看的话可以做地铁，在Van Ness(UDC)站下车，
步行不超过5分钟。附近的街趴也不少。
白宫附近一周是17街，H街，15街和costitution大街，其中H街在白宫北侧为东向单行
，出周日外其他时间只有很少街趴，但是在H街和I街之间的街道有咪表停车位。
去白宫最方便是停在17街和E街交口一带，红十字会附近，下车后沿E街向东步行即可看
到白宫南草坪。或者免费停在宪法大道，注意停车时限，超过咪表限时罚$25。17街和
宪法大道，0930-1600可以停车，其他时段为高峰，停车会被拖，罚款加拖车$200。 |

其实我之前对去san francisco还是蛮向往的，这次出去玩，sf是我唯一去的一个大城
市。当时在照片上也有看到那些上下坡的路，但等到我真的开车到了sf以后，才发现我
对于开上下坡是多么的不适应。下坡还好，无非要踩住刹车，上坡的话，如果后面有车
，当我松开刹车的一刹那，车会往后倒，所以我后来就用2只脚，当左脚松开刹车的时
候，右脚就跟着踩油门。大家要去sf的话，palace of fine arts和金门大桥几乎是紧
挨着。去看lombard st上面的花街的话，如果是从西往东开的话，上了lombard st,
keep left, 不然的话很容易走到van ness。 我开了3次，最后才找到。
因为实在是被sf的路折磨的心身疲惫，看完了金门大桥，palace of fine arts和花街
，本来还想转天去看fisherman wharf的，结果临时决定cancel在sf的旅馆。刚开始打
电话，人家还说不行，后来在我非常真诚，有礼貌，诚恳的解释了自己在sf开车的

2013年3月有效F1美国华盛顿：法国申根悲惨遭遇，荷兰申根2个工作日出签
基本情况：美国在读博士生。I-20到2016年5月。F1 visa 到2013年6月24日有效。计划
在欧洲旅行时间：2013年5月25日到6月8日。出国经历良好。有4次美国签证，2次加拿
大，1次西班牙，1次日本，其他几次东南亚，北非，印度，中美小国。就是说，我离开
申根区时美国签证还有效。
注意：法国申根要求离开法国之日到美国签证过期日必须超过90天，我就因为这个原因
法国大使馆不予受理。我反驳说你们就怕我illegal stay in france。我说我PHD还没
有毕业，没有动机非法滞留。并解释I-20上有效期到2016年。法国人说这个I-20是美国
政府发的，和法国无关。最后我要求见管签证的主管，探讨一下这个90天法则是否公平
合理。那个签证官丢下一句：90天是申根协议的统一规则。我要求它展示申根文件给我
