肖传国教授在世界上第一个提出并证实 “人工建立体神经-内脏神经反射弧” 用于治

手术有风险，风险是手术一侧神经的变弱或萎缩。原文:The risks of this surgery
are weakness to the lower extremity (the operative side).
若是非同侧，或者两侧都出现问题，则应该是疾病本身造成的而不是手术造成的。
问题：那些被报道的，到底是两侧都有问题，还是就手术侧有问题。还有，就用这个做
个retrospective study 去验证一下安全性，很简单吧。
另，有医生表示：
“肖氏术取用的是单侧一段运动神经，这段神经功能丧失后出现的是废用性萎缩而不是
溃疡。病人本来存在的脊髓受压如果严重会导致双下肢周围神经病变，与糖尿病足的致
病因素有相似之处，出现迁延不愈的溃疡最后截肢。这种病变是渐进性的，也可以解释
为什么这个小孩在术后两年才截肢。”

15个月以后，停了药和导尿管。没有并发症。第二次，9个病人，一年以后，7个病人能
通过皮肤刺激导尿，但是没有一个能完全控尿，两个病人能下导尿管。其他两个手术带
来的好处一是肠功能，二是膀胱sensation。另，这9个病人中有一个 产生了垂足的后
果。除此外，没有其他的并发症发生。
从这些数据，可以看出，
1，反射弧形成的比例相当高，第一次，2/2, 第二次， 7/9 能自主小便。
2, 不能完全改善： 第一次，2/2停了药和导尿管；第二次，0/9可以完全自主导尿，2/9下了导尿管。

15个月以后，停了药和导尿管。没有并发症。第二次，9个病人，一年以后，7个病人能
通过皮肤刺激导尿，但是没有一个能完全控尿，两个病人能下导尿管。其他两个手术带
来的好处一是肠功能，二是膀胱sensation。另，这9个病人中有一个 产生了垂足的后
果。除此外，没有其他的并发症发生。
从这些数据，可以看出，
1，反射弧形成的比例相当高，第一次，2/2, 第二次， 7/9 能自主小便。
2, 不能完全改善： 第一次，2/2停了药和导尿管；第二次，0/9可以完全自主导尿，2/9下了导尿管。
3， 其他好处： 肠功能，膀胱sensation
4， 并发症，或副作用，第一次， 0/2, 第二次： 1/9 垂足。

美国佛罗里达州的“全儿童医院”的外科医生开始临床试验评估肖氏手术
美国佛罗里达州的全儿童医院 (ACH) 开始了一项临床研究来对一个治疗脊柱裂和脊髓
损伤后神经源性膀胱有着很大成功希望的的外科手术进行评估。
这个开始于3月份由医学伦理委员会通过历时3年的双盲试验将包括脊柱裂或脊髓损伤的
患儿。在8个儿童中有7个患先天性的脊柱裂并正在接受脊髓栓系松解术；有一半的病人
同时进行了肖氏手术并正由全儿童医院的医生进行评估。第8个病人的膀胱功能障碍是
因为在新生儿阶段手术摘除一个脊髓肿瘤造成的。这个患儿只接受了肖氏手术。
肖氏手术是由中国同济医学院的协和医院泌尿科主任肖传国医生发明的。 这个由美国
国立卫生研究院在中美两地资助完成的手术已经在1500个成人和儿童身上实施。儿童泌
尿科医生Yves Homsy 去年在香港举行的儿童控尿专题讨论会上认识了肖教授并对他的

2010年，武汉协和医院泌尿外科主任雇凶袭击两位揭露者（方舟子、方玄昌）一案震惊
国际科学界；与此同时，雇凶者肖传国所倡导并实施的“肖氏反射弧”手术，也经卫生
部组织专家重新讨论，卫生部发言人邓海华在新闻发布会上表示“肖氏手术不应该上临
床”。
然而，这一“不应该上临床”的手术，在此之前已经开展了十几年之久，实施过2000例
左右的手术；尤其是作为肖氏手术主要阵地的郑州神源医院，自2006年8月医院创立至
2009年医院停止运营，先后共实施了约1500例手术。
这些接受手术的患者，在效果极其有限的同时，有相当一部分人留下了严重的后遗症。
而迄今为止，尚未有任何机构和个人为这一问题负起责任。
郑州神源医院通过中央电视台及其他媒体的报道，对外长期宣传称：他们所实施所谓的
“肖氏术”即“人工体神经－内脏神经反射弧”技术，“治愈率达80%~~85%，使患者实
现自控排尿，彻底解决了大小便失禁问题”，但迄今为止媒体调查结合病友间的交流反
