不知道你了解NET吗？简单说一下，就是neutrophil（也有其他细胞被报道）在收到各
种刺激，细菌病毒，ROS什么的，就会经过一些列酶解的过程释放自己的DNA和histone
到体外，然后形成一个很大的trap，这里同时有high concentration的各种杀菌酶，比
如neutrophil elastase，MPO等等，然后可以将细菌真菌trap同时杀死... 在这个过程
中，出了那些酶类，其实histone fragments本身就具有很强的杀菌能力，号称把
histone fragments（不是whole histone）加到简单的saline之类的buffer里面，细菌
就会被杀死...
这些就是让我感叹neutrophil像最前线的战士一样，尽自己最大的努力阻止外界各种
microbe，最后死的时候还会爆发一下小宇宙，发出histone fragments和NET这种厉害
的武器...
PS 昨天那个review看的真的很不淡定，感叹host和microbe互相竞争同时促进进化...

值应为1.5 - 8.5。儿医让我们今天再去抽一次，结果今天的值更低了，只有0.06。其
他所有指标都正常。明天要去儿童医院看血液科大夫。不知版上有没有高人了解这种情
况，是很严重的病吗？我们需要注意什么？多谢了！ |

neutrophil升到1200了，虽然还是不到1500，但感觉还是好多了。医生说还要继续
follow孩子的情况，估计未来抽血是少不了了，还说未来一旦孩子发烧就必须送ER，否
则很危险。:( |

不知道是不是mmr+flu shot太强了，礼拜四打的，礼拜六就发croup住了院，当时是呼
吸都困难了，医生说是virus infection，给了类固醇的药。礼拜天discharge，回家还
是不好，昨天又去了ER，在ER发烧100.6，现在中性粒细胞（neutrophils）跌到100，
正常值是1300-7500，免疫系统很弱，病房门口贴条说让进出都洗手，有病戴口罩。医
生跟我说，这种是rare case， 一般小娃打了类固醇，很快就会好，现在5天都没好，
而且还发烧，情况不大好。而且今天的血指标比昨天还低，明天会让血液专科的过来看。
我当时眼睛就红了，医生一走，对着还蹦蹦跳跳的娃就哭了，女儿看见我掉眼泪，眼睛
瞪得大大地看着我，然后做小眼睛朝我笑，拿着故事书给我让我讲。
当时就想，要是娃有点什么事，我也不要活了。只要她好起来，让我怎么都行。

我不是学医的，但是猜测了一下，说错莫怪。因为最近正好也碰到了一个相似的病人，
是这个月初去世的（病不同，但去世的原因很象）。我猜飞花的病本身不会引起免疫
力致命的下降，如果是那样的话她一开始就应该被隔离到无菌室了，白血病好象不应
该是那样的。我猜测她是因为化疗（转的贴子上说她头发掉了，应该是在化疗），
引起neutrophil降低（Neutrophils also known as polymorphonuclear cells
(Polys) fight bacterial infections. ），导致肺部感染。 许多种化疗、放射
以及某些癌症本身会引起neutrophil降低(叫neutropenia)，从而受感染的机会大大
提高，病人会高烧不退、出汗、呼吸困难、肌肉酸痛等。一般在化疗7至14天后出现。
所以病人在化疗后要非常小心注意避免受感染的机会，非常注意自身与环境的清洁，
还要好好调养身体抗过这一阶段。国外有的医生甚至建议不要接触新鲜的蔬菜水果以
避免细菌。如果化疗的次数过多，剂量过大，只是体内random的细菌也会导致发烧。

What is the total number of white blood cell? The neutrophils should account
for about half of the total white blood cell.
Pay particular attention to her environment and don't exposure her to

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

大牛牛们在哪家医院吧。
红细胞多那是secondary response,应该属于正常反应。你想想，遇到个感染，人体
produce more neutrophil, 要从骨髓造血里生成啊，偏偏你家娃不生成，那骨髓就说
：那我就zai多使把力，结果白细胞还是没上来，可是红细胞或多或少的被骨髓多产生

circulating blood flow in the vessels.
So, you have to tell us or you have to understand your boss the whole
project and work hypothesis for the experiment; that is why he/she (your
boss) wants to look for white blood cells in BVs?

COPD means emphysema, chronic bronchitis, and asthma, you can keep asthma
out of this since it seems to have different immune mediators with
eosinophils being involved,
for emphysema it is the destruction of small airways, you don't necessarily
have to have deficit endogenous production of alpha 1 anti-trypsin, tobacco
use, for instance, will activate macrophage and neutrophils to release
multiple proteinase |

there is something wrong here:
"中性细胞素：1.58 （27-70x10 9/L）"
what is 中性细胞素? assuming it's neutrophil count, the normal range seems
wrong (off by one decimal point). assuming the same, the actual number is
only about half the normal lower limit. should watch closely.
"孩子还抱怨正额头一阵一阵的剧烈头痛。" if other neurological signs are fine,
this could be an indication of good response. |

don't know the exact regimen used, so don't know what is the best way to
rescue bone marrow in this case.
if methotrexate was the major ingredient (as recommended for most
choriocarcinoma), bone marrow can be partially rescued by leucovorin.
methotrexate is known to have strong myelosuppression.
cisplatin is prone to cause kidney toxicity. it can be partially prevented/
rescued by sodium thiosulfate.

differentiation had been performed by either the hematologist or the
pathologist.
this description would fit AA, but would also fit other bone marrow failure
disorders. it seems immunotyping was misused and abused. while they were
reported as positive (I guess your CDb1 should be CD61), which only means
each of those lineages were present (plasma, immature B, erythrocyte, T,

今年1月底，乳房剧痛 红肿，然后有肿块。很大。等约到医生做超声波就是2月中了，
但是当时肿块已经没有了。
等了1－2个月好像又有肿块，5月突然我觉得摸到很大一个（5cm 多）肿块，做了超声
波，医生 ""quite vascular, hypoechoic colletion, and more suspicious for
infection" STILL 建议biopsy。
biopsy pathology test 结果是 diagnosis is granulomatous mastitis.
granulation tissue with scattered granulomas that display central
neutrophili aggregates
然后医生让我等他自己好。
等到10月份还是没有消，我就要pcp给我看了specialist
她说很concern 让我做MRI ， MRI 显示enhancement 就做了2个地方的biopsy.
