不要觉得自己是做这块的，做了很多贡献使A当上了leader就觉得自己怎样怎样的，
这其实是很多newbie自己的想法，A没有升你，自然是认为你还没那么重要而已。
回到你的帖子，我觉得这里涉及两个问题，一个是promotion的事，关于这个，一般情
况下我都坚持下面两个观点，要想在公司ladderup，首先是你要能delivery东西，没有
performance肯定不行，二是你要你想要的，可以，给别人别人想要的。
而是关于站队的问题，我如果是你就不会象HR报告，这是最后的办法而且是摊牌的办法，
而且你真的确定摊牌后有人能保你（你就那么关键，公司却不了你？）
我觉得摊牌之前，你不妨先去了解下为啥C能在公司不倒，如果她真的想你形容的这样
，VP们不是傻子。
对于newbie，我个人的建议是在弄清各个人的情况前，最好不要轻易出手，除非你被逼
到绝路了。

project???
All I can say is for those PD after 7/7 could wait much longer than veterans
simply bc:
1) All veterans are preapproved while newbies do not have such opportunity;
2) It could take months for background check

Helmet is very, very important. If you are a newbie for snowboarding, you
may save money on board. Fancy board for newbie is not a "must", but high
quality(good quality and RIGHT size) helmet makes big difference. Not to
mention the safety rate, a good helmet gives you comfort, a bad one can give
you a bad headache. |

有一次竟然有10个人，就轮不到多少时间了。那个drill总共俩小时 （虽说说明文件说
一个小时，那个老师太敬业，从来都是至少俩小时，呵呵）
完全newbie最好先学学正手反手接球的最基本动作。
先找个一样的完全newbie先瞎打俩礼拜找到点球感然后去上个课我觉得挺好
也有很多牛x人从来不上课很牛，我这从outdoor这边学的臭毛病，一咋就要上个课，自
认为帮助很大，从一开始就学习正确的动作不要学错误的
等要是哪天到了3.0，就有广阔空间可以报名参加比赛了，呵呵，盼着那天呢 |

好像也没有什么概念到底有多大容量。限高和限容都达到了以后只有关闭，不然叫什么
限高限容呢？就算限高限容没到，到限期之前拿不到新的许可，也只能在限期关闭。
垃圾场的报告当然要说没有备选方案，不然怎么通过？Fremont的Tri-City Landfill
2009年关闭以后，垃圾不是也没有转到Newby Island Landfill来，还是有地方去吗？
另外Newby Island还有一个回收中心接收回收垃圾（易拉罐，瓶子之类），可能会继续
运行。但是这是室内的处理中心，相比掩埋场的生活垃圾影响会小很多。
但是到底垃圾场现有限高限容还能运行多久，就不好说了。有人说到2016，我觉得多半
是垃圾场为了能扩容放出来的消息。垃圾场现有许可一直到2025年，所以如果他拿

everybody who joined the fight. There were about 300~400 people joined the
rally and filled up the meeting room. Number counts, both the 300+ people in
the rally and 1200+ odor complaints over the last 3 month clearly have big

到早早等候的船长。一番寒暄，随着马达的轰鸣，白色小艇缓缓驶出港湾，便箭一般破

还是头一次见。
开出约一小时海程，第一个钓点到了。哥今年第一次船钓，第一竿就中鱼，很是兴奋。
几下摇上来，是条不错尺寸的cunner，美味的小鱼，收了

某第一次钓鱼的newbie同学更是开了外挂神功护体，连上七八条keeper，真是应验了新

船长摸出diamond jig，几下jigging就上了24"左右的sea bass。之后几条也都是大的
，看来的确是这个门道。向船长讨了个diamond jig，咱也有样学样，有咬，中鱼。怎

sumo DL 还有点newbie gain，因为form一直没掌握好。
squat能上300磅绝对开心死了。
训练内容呢，之前follow过一个powerlifting club coach写的summer program。其他
时候都是自己随意。
现在的训练，train every other day，
sumo DL+ bench，full body accessory, squat + bench, full body accessory 然后
从头来。
full body accessory 包括 pullup (重点提高对象)，good morning, straight leg
DL,pistol squat, single leg DL, penley rows, bentover rows, military press,
etc.
我从这些movement里选，经常换换也不错。

东西是干什么用的， 顺便给裸弓配个瞄。 我首先问裸弓要配些啥， 他挑了个便

他就走开了。 然后我还是不知道一个 signt 怎么瞄法， 又在看其他的 arrow
rest 有什么不一样， 还看看finger/arm guard 等东西， 在哪犹豫了10多
分钟吧， 那个小二看我是完全的 newbie, 就又跑过来， 主动问， 要不要选
好后， 他帮忙安装， 我就求之不得了。
选了个最便宜的 front sight, 和 arrow rest 之后， 就给他， 然后他
问我有没兴趣看他是怎么调的， 我当然说好了， 就跟进了他们的 workshop。
里面墙上挂着很多弓， 估计是顾客留下给修理的， 有3个 'table'。 首先
我觉的那弓的拉距有点长， 用手拉还可以， 用arrow release 的话就长

to be able to do all the work requried for the sport (such that you can mov

marathon.
It'd better only cover the part for starters, with probably less than 20
miles a week.
Form is important. Yet shoes will affect form. But what is a pair of shoes
that I should start with? That is the question I think we need to address
for newbies.
For someone thinking about marathon (although the 1st one), we have to
assume he/she already tried a few different shoes and should have their own

Also you said it yourself, you would never teach a newbie to jump stop and
shoot, nor would you teach a newbie reverse layout when they first learn
bball. Tennis is the same. When I taught my only student (only one that paid
me), first few lessons, I had her standing in one place and hit, she barely
need to move.... I do however did some footwork drill with her that does
not require racquet or hitting the ball...

i farm around the whole map to avoid being system tracked and gain
rare item rate as around 0.7/place/run, purple item rate around
2.5/place/run
keep each run short and fight various mobs are the key to avoid tracking
and if you avoid tracking, you got tons of drops. because arnet can
not nerf all the drop rate, otherwise all newbies will die

队长比较负责， 首先组织能力比较强， Team2 人员比较齐 而且lv4 得每个人都保证
上场了， 这个其他队没有做到。 说说我在比赛中得所见所闻。
1. 基本上整个联赛组织不好， 分组看看Team1 没人就知道了， 害的我还去当雇佣兵
。而且我们后面和T3 打竟然没有op， 寒。
2. 比赛里面具体战术安排和配合都是没有很好准备， 我们和T1打的时候， 对方进进
出出好多次， 据说在调试电脑， 晕~。 和T 3 打得时候对方现场nuke 讲战术， 寒！~
3. 具体比赛： 和T1 打没什么好说得， 就是red 一个人在撑着， 我建议他们队里没
有到场得下轮直接剔除掉， 别浪费别人的机会。 作为雇佣军代表T1 和T3 打的
inferno， 上场得人有 dk， shitface， newbie， nnn （非常感谢nnn 和我一样得雇
佣军）， 在这里对
T1 上场得人员表示敬意， 对连脸都不露得表示bs， 对组织者表示失望。 比赛 比分
ct（T1） 5 ： t （T3） 7 打的相当得好， 尤其是nnn不足是dk 和newbie 卡中路总

我来晚了点，刚进sv，就看见csscrim，端了把鸟居弄了个1k3，搞定残局，我愣是ft的
大半天...
还有就是最后一把比赛，我们作T,把对手刷了个12：0. csscrim直喊好久没这么爽了，
我还说我们输一把吧，但是还是没输掉。对方其实还是蛮强的，有z，ddd，pikachu，H
,。。。
恩，昨天真是有太多的ft了。
还有，那个就newbie和dad，可以见识你的真id吗，谢谢。

求了。昨天，newbie，龟龟， 和我 都按照nebulous的皮条指南安装了mIRC,但是在加
入findscrim channel时，总是被告知can't join channel。我们也没琢磨出个原因来
。 有人知道是咋回事?
另附nebulous的指南
1. 下载一个破解版的mIRC。如果不是破解版的，只能试用一个月
2. 下载安装完毕后，启动mIRC。首先出现的是一个选项设置对话框(mIRC Options)。
在Full Name里填上一个注册名（相当于你的注册账户名），在Email Address里填写一
个信箱地址，在Nickname里填写一个你在频道里要用的ID(你在频道里出现的时候，就
是显示这个ID)，Alternative是一个backup的ID,以防在某个频道里会出现和你一样的
ID(这个没啥用).填写完毕后，就点OK。第一次填写之后，mIRC会向你上面注册的信箱
里发一封确认信。
3. 收到确认信后，按照确认信里的instruction，到mIRC里确 |
