Con: houses are relatively old (before 2000), there are some newer ones in
the north part.
But, some people like old houses, as they are not too close to each other,
so more privacy. Also, not as boxy as the newer houses (just to get more
square footage).
I would also recommend north of Carmel Moutain Rd, as south of it is not
that nice.
Acutaly, this seems to be a good buy. Nice and quite cul-de-sac.

drive. So There are few things to help me decide where to buy a house (Down
to the street/neighborhood level)
1. Good school for elementary and middle school (>=8 using greatschools

a lot of maintenance which cost money. also bad installations which cost
the monthly Electrical bill high.
new houses have smaller lot and they normally have better and newer
installation material and technology. however their location are worse than
old houses.
10 years old or newer houses are ok. otherwise, you will need a lot time and
money to repair your property. |

considered a very low rate. other choices are Boyds, Clarksburg. Houses
there are newer and much cheaper. 600K can get you large newer single house.
however, schools are not that good. large population of black and hispanic

in VA. That way you can avoid the cost of register the car in PA and once
more in VA in a short time. But if you find a good deal right before you
leave PA (within 30 days), you can buy the car in PA (most dealer should
give you a temp tag) and you can just drive the car to VA and register it
here with your new address. This is risky if you don't have much driving
experience and have to drive long distance first time.

90s'.
Near by Piney Glen Village is newer, but more expansive and in Churchill
school. There are some good size townhouses priced around 700k. |

any sf house newer than 1980 (and hence definitely no 9ft ceiling), or with
garage. It's not even enough for a newer townhouse. If you want 9ft ceiling
or garage, you have to increase your budget a lot or settle with a one-car
garage townhouse with 3 bedrooms (bad high school). |

very tight / stiff if I string racquet at 52 pounds with full Poly Strings
as I used to with old racquets, like Head Flexpoint radical.
Did a little bit investigation and found now most of the Head newer racquets
are marked with String Tension: 48-57 pounds instead of 52 to 62 pounds.

applications. Get a newer model. I had a Netgear and a Linksys wireless
routers. They both had the similar problem. Periodically disconnected the
clients and hang sometime.
The problem went away with a newer "N" wireless router (Belkin F5D8236-4 V2). |
