我们是现任租客，如果通过我们找到的下任租客不用交中介费（broker fee 一般是一
个月的房租）。需要签一年的lease。
两个卧室，面积大概有850sqt。每个屋子都有窗户，主卧和客厅有空调。包热水，暖气
（每年差不多有半年时间有暖气，很暖和）和一个parking space。洗衣机，烘干机楼
内住户公用。楼前有大草坪，可以晒太阳和供孩子玩耍。
周围走路10 min到Bowen 小学，newton 很好的小学，Bloomingdales shopping mall
以及Wegmans 超市。走路4 分钟到 60路公交站，走路15分钟到地铁绿线D line公交站。
交通, 生活以及孩子上学都十分便利。楼内环境非常和谐，有专门的管理公司负责维修
和维护，以及定期清理公用的地方，如楼内地毯，楼前草坪等。
周围住的中国家庭也不少，方便大家互相照顾，比如组织大家一起出游，接送孩子等。

1，对面就是“朱妈厨房”，不会做的菜，鱼，肉啊的过去给个5块加工费或者"刷
脸"免费搞定,老板老nice啦~
2，走路能到的地方：BAZA超市，TJ MAX，Marshall, CVS, Bank Of America，以及
Needham st上面那些星星点点的小店……这个季节嘛，推荐D'Angelo或者Panero的龙虾

3，上I-95，9号路就是拐弯的功夫，离Eliot地铁站15-20步行。

看了干警brookline有些overprice，如果在newton买apartment，转租或者升值会跟
brookline差不多吧，是不是必须得绿线D附近，价位多少左右比较合适呢？ |

级，所以特别关心学区问题。通过朋友介绍和自己做的功课，决定在brookline或
newton租个2-3 bedrooms的房子。现在我对学校排名有些困惑。比如middle school，
Michael Driscoll 和Lawrence 都是10分，但在schooldigger上只排在麻州的19和 35
。F A Day Middle 和 Bigelow Middle都是 7，8分，但在schooldigger上排在全麻州
第8，9位。再比如小学，Bowen， Williams，John D Runkle都是8-9分的学校，在
schooldigger上却排在175名开外。不知这些学校到底怎样？同时请好心的当地人帮着
推荐一下Brookline， newton小学和初中。非常感谢！ |

但是在这4年间质量越来越差，特别是我们的primary，commitment越来越少，先是一周
工作4天，然后3天，现在2天……基本上不是提前很久跟她约就只能看nurse
practitioner了。 而且我们最近搬家到newton之后离那边有点远了。

11'只有Newton和Fairly两个。剩下的能保和合同就很不错了。
05'那一批没有特别成功的，但是几个人基本一直打主力或者主力替补到现在，算是高
于选秀的平均水平了。RB本来运动寿命就短，受伤风险高那也是没办法。 |

rexy sexy上来也特猛，老扔大的，后来就成int machine了。
昨天有几个球lafell接得特别神仙，newton最后落后又想自己搞，结果被结结实实的按
下来了，解说直笑，说这儿是NFL，球员比college快啊。
别人摸清newton这个扔大的套路，他又不是像drew bree那么准的，就等着每场n个int

一次drop，Newton被drop的次数是NFL第一。另外一次End zone, WR自己绊了一下，没
跑到位。

. But sometimes, mostly last year, under high pressure,he started panicking
really quickly. Newton may not do well in our offense, but he is definitely
the reason why Auburn is the nc contender.
So if we have newton, even on the bench, AU will not be a threat:) |

是单方口说，无凭无据，如果msu有电话录音之类的东东，估计一月份就交上去了，早

关于是谁坏了黑道的规矩，很可能是msu，msu战绩一直不太好，今年才有点起色，主要
