TOKYO (Kyodo)--A powerful earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.6 hit
an inland area northwest of Tokyo early Saturday, measuring upper 6 on the
Japanese seismic intensity scale of 7 in Nagano Prefecture, the Japan

发帖数: 4192 | 4 是6级近海地震引起的海啸。日本大海啸不多，1950年来也就4次。1964 Niigata，
1983 Sea of Japan, 1993 Okushiri，Hokkaido, 2007 Niigata。数据说1993年最厉
害，7.8级地震，中心浪高30米，但是到了日本才80cm，死了几百人。
说这次海啸是千年一遇不为过，从有日本历史记载（最早684AD白鳳大地震)，这次是到
达日本浪高最高的，20-30feet，也就是7-10米。
日本的防波堤大约上边三公尺宽，下面5米，高5米，钢筋混凝土。这次海啸都被冲毁。
海啸造成夏威夷和加州几百万美元的损失，可见威力巨大。
抗震和抗海啸是两回事。如果这次震中在陆地，损失最多10%。video上看到，海啸来的
时候，没有一所房子倒塌的。
这个就是成本帐，造多少米高都不知道大自然下一次有多厉害。所以我觉得海啸还是以
逃为主，堵为次。
