代,他看错了,他申请return for request, 我批准了,他两天之后马上退货,经过4
天shipping,我收到了,

我仔细检查了ipad,只看到两个手指印,确实很新,基本没怎么动。
我第一次处理refund,很想给他full,人家没用,退的也很及时。
但amazon service,不知道为何电话里多次强调,要partial refund 80%,
我怎么也不明白,去查看了return policy,原来真是这样,

两年前自费出来读 Master,其实就是为了在国外镀个金。家里不算富有,跟大部分出
国的人一样。父母平时省吃俭用,拿出家里大半的积蓄准备供我读书。出来的时候身上
带了五千美元,家里每月通过建行boa给我转两千,就这样过了几个月,等到熟悉这边
的生活之后,突然发现周围很多人在打工。我室友在第二学期去找老师做本科生的
grader,另外一个朋友也在学校里做起了兼职。向父母要钱的日子总不好过,虽然每次
要钱都难以开口,但他们从来没有半点犹豫,第二天就把钱转了过来。那段时间也一直
在想自己能做些什么减轻父母的负担,我期望的是,最好能cover我平时的生活费,那

早的时候东西还没送到就找错order number留过negative被amazon给remove了,然后就
没有机会再留了。也许这样,他反倒索性直接az了,够走运的话,可以白搞个笔记本玩
。我经验不多,看贴子里很多神医也说搞不好会钱货两空。因为这个病人死硬又不跟我
交流,我输了的话,他真是白捡机会很大。我还是第一次遇到这样基本不跟我说话,打
电话完全不能交流的,病人南方口音很重,嘟嘟隆隆,张嘴就amazon我amazon我的自顾

ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx. An occasional lost shipment is one of the costs of doing
business, and handling the situation requires a business decision that only
Sellers can make.

来,抛砖引玉了。
首先要说的是,FBA的库存乱的很,很多shipment你看都是没有出入,很有可能也给你
少算了很多。如果要准确的查这些库存上的出入,我觉得最主要的是要看adjustments
,shipment和reimbursement。查shipment的出入很简单,就不多说了。
adjustments的情况就很复杂了。具体来说有很多项,详细说明马总有链接:

经常见到的比如M就是仓库给你的货弄丢了跟一个“-1”,隔一段时间如果找到了就一
个F,跟一个加1.还有比如仓库给你弄坏了,就是一个E,然后跟一个P和一个O,意思是
损坏了以后从sellable变成了unsellable,最后去掉。还有X,是调整shipment的出入
给你减去,这X没有对应的shipment ID,所以得开case问。有时候Amazon还借你的货拿

我不觉得amazon会放弃一个复杂而且work了很久的算法,现在改成一个简单只看价格的
算法。这对amazon没有好处。
退一步说,假设amazon就算真的改了算法,软件改的价格和手动改的价格没有本质区别,
只是更快。
我不觉得repricing软件有能力一直占buybox,如果软件可以那手动改也可以。
假如有个卖家就每天盯着价格,不停刷新不停手动改价格,你还说人家违规么?
所以我觉得我觉得跟软件没关系,软件只是给你带来效率了,谁都可以用。
amazon的buybox真实的算法谁都不知道,你按照对自己最优的方式去卖就行了。
