还是提到CREDIT CARD，而且即使不能用CC，可以用他们的GC压，用CITI FORWARD 买一
堆GC放在那里也一样。

的银行的信用卡。
总体而言：
1. 小银行的卡其实很多很多，但大都是烂卡，个别卡还不错。
2. 大都不适合big spender或飞机酒店到处travel的高富帅，适合积累点小钱的普通小
用户。当然有例外情况。
3. 客服水平小银行一般和Chase AMEX一般要差（不过也看运气，看遇到的哪个客服个
人）不少，解决问题能力差。
大多时候客服不重要，但持卡者总会遇到各种事情需要银行配合，有时候处理问题及时
有效很关键。
关于这两家银行卡的申请策略（不难申请，但有他们特殊的规则）：
1. Barclay & US Bank都是怪的银行，申请他们的卡前最好6个月内不要申请任何别的
卡。
2. 如果申请中第一张卡instant approve。那管快提交第二张，很可能也是马上过。否
则要等上6个月
3. 如果拿到了第一张Barclay，申请第二张最好等满12个月，然后第一张卡也经常刷刷
，该银行会看你的表现。

费总量，各个category消费百分比，还有最大单笔消费等。就想Amazon能不能也出一个
类似的annual report，毕竟去年"神秘地"在Amazon消费了有几千多。。。不知道多少
是合理的，多少是以为"deals"结果乱花掉了。刚跟客服联系了一下，结果真可以！当
然要自己设定一些，不是现成的。下面是回复，大家自己读吧：

acceptable 而不是 good。
另外，我卖二手的时候都会把有划痕和瑕疵的地方都拍照放出来，省得对成色有分歧引
起纠纷。

移民领域也不除外。
在移民法律业务内做的最大的移民律师事务所是Fragomen，第二是Foster Quan，第三
大的是Berry, Appleman。美国大的多业务律师事务所也很多有移民的业务，譬如
Seyfarth Shaw LLP，Morgan Lewis，Paul Hasting等等。做的好的个人律师也很多，
譬如Ira Kurzban, Carl Shusterman等等。至于说移民不需要做诉讼更是错误的概念。
