过节期间尤其容易暴饮暴食。建楼督促自己。
基本情况:女,157cm,37岁,两娃的大妈。生娃前体重105磅。生完一个长10磅。生完
老二到125磅有好几年了。去年医生说有轻度脂肪肝的迹象。要求减体重的10%。于是办
了个gym membership开始锻炼 (其实就是一周3次左右,一次30分钟,“走”
treadmill或“摇”椭圆机。现在想来,那哪是锻炼啊!)。减到115磅的时候再照
ultrasound, 医生说肝上的脂肪薄层没了。于是又放纵回到以前的饮食,gym也不去了
。今年夏天体重又回到120磅。
今年八月底开始真正约束自己减,重新开始去gym,一周3,4次吧。每次大概45分钟左
右。九月底十月初到115磅。平台了一段时间。开始寻求信息和帮助。于是十月开始上
减肥版。读了很多有用的信息。在这里一并感谢版上的信息和众多ID的鼓励帮助。也是
十月开了myfitnesspal帐户开始记录饮食,同时加强锻炼。感恩节前一天体重到108磅
(最近十年最低体重!)。悲催的是过完感恩节长了4磅。觉得更大的节日(圣诞+元旦
)在后头,这个长法还了得!所以建个log 督促自己。

完全是扯蛋。
美国每年有很多人被狗咬。因此在外面依法主人要拴绳。但是有些狗很温顺,比如
retriever类型的。我们在外面一般只摸温驯类型的。
有些类型的狗很凶。过去我带小孩跟邻居去看一只邻居准备领养的小狗。那家养了好几
只pitbull,小狗是亲戚家的,才几个月大。我们要进屋里看小狗,结果是院子里那好
几只pitbull冲过两道门进去咬小狗,那家3个成年男人拉、打、叫、踢全都用上,才救
下严重受伤的小狗(真的是哀鸣,现在想起来还觉得非常不舒服),结果是邻居也就不
要那只受了不轻的伤而且明显受了刺激的小狗。

以前一直给宝宝喝的enfagrow 1 year and up 的奶粉没什么问题,罐子上写的
improved taste!味道也比较香,奶味还是比较重,宝宝喝着还行。今天给宝宝换了
10-36month enfagrow的,(当时在walmart买的时候,没那种新口味的了)发现第一杯
宝宝就不爱喝了,第二杯喝了一口,就把杯子直接递给我了。因为我发现这罐奶粉颜色
比以前的白,而且溶解度也差,LG就用勺子挑了一点没溶解的尝了尝,竟然发现是酸的
,LG赶紧也让我尝了,也是酸的。。。。奶粉还在保质期内。看了一下成份,竟然是nonfat milk的。(而以前喝的那种写的是wholemilk,一岁以上的宝宝不是要求喝wholemilk了吗?这10-36month的enfagrow竟然是nonfat milk的?不懂啊!)因为以前没喝过这种,所以不知道这种就是酸的???于是给宝宝重新开了一罐以前喝的那种,宝宝一口气就喝光了。打算拿到walmart去退,因为发票早丢了,不知道能不能给退啊?最近还新买了2罐这种,还好发票还在,也打算一并退了。

买来后我拿起袋子一看就劈头盖脸把老公数落一通:为神马买infant的,还non fat,
wholemilk的意思是啥,不是wholefat嘛。。。这是给小娃吃的,是牛奶么。。。
老公这时已经被我骂晕了,很委屈地说只有这一种奶粉
我不理他,接着挥舞那袋奶粉:咦?怎么图上有只牛。。。还加钙的。。。咦。。。哦
。。。不好意思错怪你了,是instant,不是infant。。。non fat就nonfat吧,将就用
老公大气才敢喘一口:你什么眼神儿啊
顺便加一句,这个奶粉可以冲水喝的,孕妇不放心国内的乳制品可以背这个回国喝
雀巢的,塑料袋包装,牌子Carnation, instant nonfat dry milk, fortified with VA + VD

岁以前的小孩很需要fat,我家老二一岁半了还被PED建议吃牛油果补充fat,那么

目前个人数据:male, 30,5'9, 165lbs, BMI 24.4,BF 17-18% (测了2次,一次16,
一次19)
按理说还是挺肥的:但至少上衣扒掉不至于让人吐了,纹路不是很清晰罢了。但是从
200多磅一路减下来之后生理和心理上已经早已不怕减肥。在BMI仍然接近肥胖的边缘上
开始bulk可能很多人不理解,原因主要是吃上如果一直保持低热量感觉长肌肉很慢,各
项水平增长也很难。以前想法天真浪漫犹如花季少女:减肥同时增肌! 结果newbie
gain完事儿之后就没有然后了...
目标:体型(尤其是上半身,shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest)涨一到两个size之
后开始再次cut到BF 15% 以下
目前三项水平如下,不怕各位牛人笑话:一看就是腿粗,胳膊不大

Squat 255x3 (165lbs 10x10)

胃有点不太舒服。看来吃东西后还是要等一会再去运动。不过还是坚持一口气把65Mins
workout 做完了。

身高158cm,体重两周前114磅,目前110磅。目标体重100磅。
没有刻意的节食和运动,只是控制每天总摄入热量在1000大卡左右,用MyFitnessPal记
录每天的卡路里摄入。
每周5天每天有3小时在餐馆打工,其他没有刻意运动。有时间的晚上在家练半小时瑜伽
,gym里workout大概一周一次。
感觉真的是以前吃得太多了所以总瘦不了,控制饮食后自然就开始瘦了。当然超级想吃
甜食的时候也不会太虐待自己,只要保证每天总摄入热量不超标就好了。
希望以后还是要多增加workout的次数,毕竟身体健康是最重要的!
附上一天的食谱:
早餐:1 cup nonfat plain酸奶+ 1/4 cup nonfat organic牛奶+ 1根香蕉,用blender
打好后,加上1/2 cup fat free cereal。这个时候吃GNC的复合维生素片
午餐:星巴克一杯green tea latte(Tall)(超级喜欢,完全戒不掉)或者一个
vegetarian egg roll(中餐馆)
零食:一般下午4点左右,10颗light salted腰果,或者一个苹果,或1 cup葡萄/草莓

谢谢你的建议。我不是对自己特别苛刻的人。我觉得自己比之前吃的少的多了,但是算
算热量估计1200-1400肯定是有的。
写一下我一天的饮食吧
早餐:1.Almond milk 1 cup
2.Greek nonfat yogurt 3/4 cup + cereal 1/2 cup; nonfat yogurt 太酸了,
必须加点甜的东西
3. 下面 三种东西 每天选一个 轮换: 芝麻糊1/2 cup or 蒸鸡蛋一个 or 玉米
一个
中餐:1. 杂粮 (薏米,小米, 南瓜,oatmeal)1 cup
2. 鸡腿一个 或者 1磅多一点重的鱼 半条
3. 炒青菜 1 cup
晚餐: 1. 海带冬瓜汤 一大碗
2. 炒青菜 1 cup
水果零食: 每天差不多两个桃子的量, 下午的时候就吃掉了。 还有红枣,我每天要吃
十几个。没有其他零食了。
都说西瓜,葡萄糖分高,自从减肥开始就不吃了。现在水果就是桃子,梨,黄金瓜,偶
尔买点荔枝。

刚开始减肥时每天吃900-1000卡,运动量没现在大,但是一点都不觉得饿啊,体重从
126lb减到113lb。然后体重平台一个月了,加大运动量,结果食欲也大大加了,吃1400
-1500还饿!
有氧运动大概每周跑步2-3次,每次1个小时
椭圆机2次,每次1.5小时
Xbox Kinect 有氧操 1小时
是不是应该调低运动量呢?
今天早上8点喝一杯自己用豆浆机做的无糖豆浆,然后跑步1个小时
跑步回来后饿啊,基本上每个小时吃一次,今天早上8-11点吃了一大堆,总共330卡,
12点都还没到就又饿了

嘻嘻,找到了运动后补蛋白和电解质的好方法,0.3cup Greek Yogurt Nonfat Plain,
42卡, 钾的含量和一瓶Gatorade一样,热量也差不多,还低carb高蛋白,再喝两杯淡
盐水补充钠就差不多啦

目前个人数据:male, 30,5'9, 165lbs, BMI 24.4,BF 17-18% (测了2次,一次16,
一次19)
按理说还是挺肥的:但至少上衣扒掉不至于让人吐了,纹路不是很清晰罢了。但是从
200多磅一路减下来之后生理和心理上已经早已不怕减肥。在BMI仍然接近肥胖的边缘上
开始bulk可能很多人不理解,原因主要是吃上如果一直保持低热量感觉长肌肉很慢,各
项水平增长也很难。以前想法天真浪漫犹如花季少女:减肥同时增肌! 结果newbie
gain完事儿之后就没有然后了...
目标:体型(尤其是上半身,shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest)涨一到两个size之
后开始再次cut到BF 15% 以下
目前三项水平如下,不怕各位牛人笑话:一看就是腿粗,胳膊不大

For thin yogurt:

Place cold, pasteurized milk in top of a double boiler and stir in
nonfat dry milk powder. Add sugar or honey if a sweeter, less tart yogurt is
desired.

Heat milk to 200 degrees F, stirring gently and hold for 10 minutes.
Do not boil.

Place top of double boiler in cold water to cool milk rapidly to 112
degrees F to 115 degrees F. Watch the temperature carefully as it falls
