事情经过：(全部实事求是)
2012年11月29日(Thursday)上午，收到神医LABEL,要FBA两个大箱子，每个重约45-46
LB，LABEL上写的是10LB和12LB。价值$138/EACH。下午去UPS DROP OFF，被拒收，原因
是LABEL重量和实际重量差别太大，PICK UP的人不给PICK。让把LABEL的重量改正确。
扯了半天，没办法，只好把两个箱子扛回家。晚上，发EMAIL告知神医被拒收。期间有
人建议去其他地方试试。
第二天清早，2012年11月30日(Friday),爬起来就奔去OFFICEDEPOT，因去碰运气，没拿
两个箱子，不想再搬上搬下的折腾，也挺沉的。只拿了一个，被收下。 下午时查看
email，说是label已经被cancel了。email是半夜发的，早上根本没查。

, and the portion size is already smaller! much smaller! just tiny amount of
noodles and one piece of meat! and the price is the fucking same!!!
and now they are trying to sell u the combo. noodle plus some rice or some
gyoza, for 12 bucks... no wonder, the portion of one fucking ramen noodle
can barely considered as a snack!

and i realized something about totto ramen. are the noodles there better
than other places? yes. are they so much better that it's worth 30, 40
minute wait every fucking time? no!!! but why do people still flock there?
it's exactly because they have to wait 30, 40 minutes!

各位看官不要以为我天天吃着难以下咽的hamburge和US chicken，偶尔泡上1包方便面
打打牙祭，过着悲惨的日子。1天50刀，有钱还怕没吃di？
回忆一下：（从chili开始）
1、中国城家园饭店川菜馆（被chili折磨的不行，boss说让你回趟天堂吧）；
评价：有人说在US吃不到正宗的中国菜，不知是别人太挑了，我觉得还不错；天堂谈不
上，算肚子回了趟国吧；
2、IHOP的steak；
评价：BOSS说这里的steak还不错，注意：是还不错，意思是后面还有更棒的steak可期
待了。点了份T-BONE medium。T-BONE是我点的，看图说话嘛，medium是boss帮我纠正
的，因为我本想说要well-done的，中国人嘛，血淋淋的咋吃啊？土！果然，medium嚼
起来正好。这份T-BONE，可以打75分。价钱嘛，好像是$13.99；

看了转身视频，跑去实践。活动开了之后，就拿了个noodle，（视频里这个词念得很搞
笑），先放在前面，前翻，联系所谓手不用力，结果自己拧劲儿不说，还灌了一鼻子水
，呛得我眼泪哗哗的，脑袋都感觉进水了似的疼。缓了一会儿，继续noodle在前，前翻
，但还是拧劲儿。但觉得noodle在后，翻就很正常，很奇怪看视频为啥没注意到这个细
节。反正都是练什么手不用力，就放在后面翻了一会儿。
这个翻的节奏有感觉了，水下吐气就自然了，鼻子不太进水了，可能也适应了酸鼻子。
但去掉noodle，明显身体会打滚，就是手无意的用力，身体也翻歪了，然后就努力的练
正直的翻。
身体能正直了，但翻完屁股会沉底，这个视频里也讲了，但当时我听得就是因为翻的过
程用手划水导致的身体下沉，又听了一遍，还是没太听懂。这个也想问问版上大牛，还
有啥细节。
然后近距离自由划近，翻身，沉底。。。沉底进而导致呛水，鼻子脑袋又猛酸了一把。
又翻了几次，不得要领，决定回来看看。
另一个体会，学翻身后，好像刺激了腰部用力，再游的时候，明显腿轻飘飘的，可能腹
肌腰肌绷紧的缘故？因为我平时很容易塌腰，腿沉在水里拖着，都打不出 |

可是她都不太爱吃。现在奶喝很多,每天大概25oz左右, 辅食都吃几口就不要吃了, 这

贴一下娃大概的作息，bonymb mm，嘟嘟妈等众模范麻麻帮我看看怎么改进一下吧，谢

7:30am: 起床 （这几天不断的提早 困死爹妈了><)
7:45-8:00am: 7oz formula
8:30-9:00am: 蛋黄半个, 面包少许 (吃多少看人家心情)
9:45-10:45am: Nap1 (30分钟到一个半小时皆有可能)
11:30am: 6-7oz formula
12:30pm: 2tbsp cereal or noodle or 粥+ 蔬菜泥 (其实吃的很少,很多时候吃几口就
往外吐,不知道是不是该坚持喂下去)
1:30-2:30pm: Nap2 ( 30分钟到两个小时皆有可能）
3：30pm： 肉菜noodle or 粥 +yogurt （很少, yogurt有时能吃半盒, noodle什么的
估计连2oz都没有)
4:30pm: 6-7oz formula

noodles company经常发BOGO的coupon。punch你去facebook蹲着。偶尔有5刀的deal。
另外啊，你说这“西餐厅”，我总觉得怪怪的。。。你好像总结的都是fast food
restaurant.....能不能改成快餐厅？
在明大呆了这么久，然后说sally's没去过，太亏了。

这次说说双城校区东岸的一些餐馆。
先是中餐馆。东岸中餐馆有桥东楼，香港面家，九龙酒家，和耀记饭店。
桥东楼的菜属于香港菜系，也很美国化。没有优惠券。笔者觉得很少几种菜适合
中国人口味，咖喱虾仁还可以。香港面家也是香港人开的中餐馆，除了米粉、河粉、面
条之外，炒菜也不错，但价格不低，特别是海鲜。中国学生会（CSU）以前有九折卡，

我觉得比hk noodles好吃。我也觉得九龙比hk noodles好吃啊。老板娘人又nice。
然后旁边bun mi啊。好吃啊。买个combo吃两顿有木有！
再旁边noodles company啊。夏天出的2个salad都好好吃啊有木有！
再往东走bona有没有！越南面啊春卷啊
同一个路口往北korea cafe往南korea tofu house都不贵也好吃啊就是热了点儿 |

In making 热干面, the noodle really matters (need high pH noodles, haha),

for another 30 minutes.

在一起，作为一道菜。里面有时候还要加上面干（crispy noodle）。你想要的炒面，
中餐馆里应该叫捞面（Lomein）。
不过这是纯美式中餐的叫法。我等中国人如果没在餐馆干过都不一定清楚。这个2B服务
员应该知道这一点。她跟你说“只有米做的炒面”是故意装傻。“noodle就是只用米做
的”更是放屁。Chowmein 虽然叫炒面但英文里绝对不叫 Noodle。
你应该在去之前准备好足够的零钱，买单的时候一分也不要多给。吃完之后在桌子上放
一个 penny 走人。
