今年NRMP开始了不少的关于MATCH的新Policies, Matched与否的结果在星期一(3月12日
中午, 东部时间)公布外, 主要是把以前的Scramble改为现在的SOAP(Match Week
Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program). 我个人认为这也是为明年取消
Prematch所相应产生的一个新系统, 相应确保Programs能招满他们想要的人. 这个系统
我觉得比Scramble好而且更加有序.
有关SOAP的具体规定如下:
1. 提交了ROL(certified rank order list)但没有MATCH成功的申请者在3月12日中午
得知结果的同时, 会得到Access to List of Unfilled Programs并同时有资格参加

PM: after noon
noon: 12:00 o'clock in the mid day.
所以12:30PM literally means 12：30 in the "AFTER NOON"， "12:59AM" literally
means 12:59 "BEFORE noon". Unless you define noon at 1:00, otherwise, your
proposal makes no sense.
不过话说回来，如果全年都用夏令时的话，则理论上天文间的正午恰好是夏令时间的下

是拉丁文after noon的意思。同理am就是拉丁文before noon的意思。那么noon是什么
呢？当然是正午12点。所以，你固然可以说正午12:00的那一个瞬间确实是am/pm两可，
但是过了正午12:01分就必须是12:01pm，因为这已经是过了noon了。同理凌晨12:01就
只能是12:01am，因为新的一天才刚开始，当然是before noon了。当然了，说成0:01am
是更合理一点。但是无论是0点还是12点，这都跟am, pm的标记无关。因为am／pm是个

一般来说，family 会回避夏季noon time带娃出来，无论中美，因为太阳毒辣，baby身
体温度高，内火大，很容易被晒蔫了或者被热晕了过去，特别是东海岸湿度很大，baby
出来就是一身水。baby对防暑这方面的能力远远弱于成年，同时皮肤很敏感，会出现哭
闹等现象， 还有一个弊端就是，baby的生物钟都被set到noon time准时犯困，进入自
然午睡时间段，所以你这时候带出来，baby会有各种不适，甚至你推的过程里，直接睡
过去了。
虽然不同baby生理状况不同，就我所了解的初生儿noon time期间的生理表现，大抵如
此。
最佳的遛弯时间是晚饭后，夕阳西下的时候，一般会有部分面积随着太阳下山后成为了
shaded area，而且baby经过了一天的吃吃睡睡，精神头很足，通常不会在这个时间段
有不适的反应。
带娃不是一个简单的事，里面涉及到非常多的细节，不是听谁说两句cute那么easy，真
要这么好办，大家肯定生10个8个了。 |

Day1: within 30 minutes, 收到回信确认他收到；
Day1：3 hours later, 收到Billpay 截图，预计Day 2收到；
Day3： 收到Billpay;
(同一神医，交易两次，皆如此）
Comments:
GC这种东西，和换钱一样，交易时及时沟通，难道不是最起码的吗？
1). 收到卡，ackownledge一下，是做这个生意最起码的素质，就算你忙，咱这数额也

8月3日 CYPN準備在Cape Cod組織一年一度的帆闆 Windsurfing 團體課程. 這是我們第
三年組織團體帆闆課程。今年除了Windsurfing以外，我們還第一次組織Wakeboarding
