紧躲进Gym跑步了。康州今天有大（暴）雪，大雪是中午左右开始，还以为Gym上午会开
门，早上7点就起床赶紧去Gym跑完3.5mile交差啊。那感觉就像小时候大年初一睡不着
的兴奋啊（嗯，我承认我矫情了，有点太夸张，呵呵）。
昨晚Check了Gym的网站说Until noon，前面没有仔细看，暴雪是从中午开始，上午开门
，中午早早关门，还是比较Reasonable的，早上起床，喝了一杯咖啡就去了，竟然关门
！回来仔细读了一下原来说是Until noon不开门，noon以后不知道。猪脑袋，上午没什
么雪不开门，大雪从中午开始，那下午也没戏了。
怎么办？难道我也要雪地疯狂一把了。看别人雪地跑没啥事，我害怕那个冷啊。【绵绵

首先，我必须提醒大家一点，那就是这里提到月亮表面的从-100到高温+100摄氏度的温
差并不是说阿波罗使用的照相机的胶卷也达到了这样的温度，因为胶卷到了-50或+50摄
氏度恐怕就不能正常工作了。当然了，温度只是月亮表面恶劣环境的一部分，还有核辐

The Bureau of Consular Affairs is in the process of resolving technical
problems with our visa systems. Though some progress has been made,
biometric data processing has not been fully restored.
Our team continues to work on this 24/7 to restore the systems to full
functionality.
As of noon today, 22 posts have been reconnected, representing about half of

i'm a resident of AZ, so I apply for the Schengen visa by mail.
the consulates told me over the phone that the average processing time is 3
weeks. So I'm afraid I won't have enough time, I used the Fedex overnight
forward and back.
Sent on 16 at noon, got there on 17 before 9:30 am. sent from there on 18
before noon and got back to me on 19 in the morning.
Never expected it to be this efficient! Though I would recommend every one
to apply at least 4 weeks in advance |

1. You must first learn to pronounce the city name, it is Nork - rhymes
with Fork, not New-ark.
2. The morning rush hour is from 5 AM to NOON. The evening rush hour is
from NOON to 7 PM. Friday's rush hour starts on Thursday morning.
3. The minimum acceptable speed on the turnpike is 85 mph. On the parkway
it's 105 or 110. Anything less is considered 'Sissy.' (Just ask the
