中一室空出来了，有兴趣的可以联系我，按天租也可以，很适合刚到西雅图需要找临时

常便捷。因新买房需要提前搬家，所以转租。门口步行两分钟即有68，73，77，373等
公交至uw, 如去downtown，除可坐73，77，还可步行十分钟至northgate transcit
center坐express bus, 如41等线路，十几分钟即到市区，有免费停车位，包水和垃圾
费，自己仅需付电费。步行十分钟内可到qfc, tj maxx, target, northgate mall. 如

40。 本人在blackfoot上班，上班很方便, 到公司大概30分钟。
周围有northgate mall, 百佳超市，E line 终点是costco.

发帖数: 190 | 12 才搬到Fremont northgate区域。刚才一个小伙子穿着ECO FIRST的制服敲门，建议做
pest control，他说周围几家邻居都一直跟他们公司做，因为后面就临着那个alameda
creek，就是河床，里面繁茂的繁殖各类bug，另外，这片地开发之前是farmland，所以
这片有老鼠，主要是mice和roof rattles，还那里一大张各类害虫图片，说老鼠在各家
的屋顶里流窜。听的我直起鸡皮疙瘩。我告诉他还看到蛇了，他表示惊讶，说很可能是
因为后面的creek，他所这片的pests非常多，比如spiders，指着屋檐那里各种蜘蛛网
，说他们都在crack里面做窝了，所以屋里屋外都有繁殖是很正常的。在我的强烈逼问
下，他表示蛇不一定能赶走，但是bugs少了，蛇就没吃的了，可能会有一些效果。但是
他们的药肯定不是针对蛇的。
问了价格，199第一次+每季度149，还是挺贵的，就暂时没同意。把他糊弄走了之后，
我有一想，本来没事儿，这些害虫到处跑，可是人家邻居家都做了，那不是把害虫都赶
到咱这儿来了嘛。太可怕了。
有熟悉这个区的人说一下吗？

也有bus
northgate mall 一般的shopping也很方便
房子很多townhouse和一些condo, 价格大都在$200/sqf左右
都比较新, 10年内的比较多
南边一点还有个green lake 不过太靠近的房价不能比了
缺点似乎是学区来说, 好像那个区域也有小差别, zip code靠东一点的学校要好点但是
也没太好的样子 其他的zip好像不行
我也是瞎掰, 请大家乱批下~~谢谢 |

领导同事发了领导一个CNN网页，全美最好50家最好中餐馆，说西雅图有中餐馆上榜了
。领导一拍大腿，说今天晚上就吃他家了！
驱车到northgate，一看外观很失望，看着还不如international district的小餐馆排
场，一进去又欣慰了一点，装修得还算cozy。服务员很不错，漂亮的混血高中生，笑盈
盈的。一看菜单又失望了，全是甜酸肉、春卷、芝麻牛肉一类的典型的美国中餐。菜上
来吃了一口有点小失望，不如想象中的美味，但是吃着吃着就吃出好来了。他家菜品用
料很好，肉、菜非常新鲜，用油用盐比一般中餐馆少，比较清淡，菜做得非常干净，菜
量偏大，两个两个菜一个汤根本吃不完，分两顿吃还差不多。老板很不错，出来聊了会
儿天，白送了两碗手工饺子。
最后的总结，这家算是真正的家常菜，就是一般家里做的菜，没有吃得神清气畅的感觉
，但是厨师做得用心，就像给自己家里人做的饭，吃得舒服，不想做饭去吃，不用担心
不干净不健康。单价不便宜（也不贵），但是分量够，不用点很多菜。

1、学校
Warwick 早过了900分，可能比Ardenwood 和forestpark 差一些，但是不能算差。跟
brookvale 差不多一个级别。Warwick一年级没有overflow.Arden和forest都有。
2、房子
Northgate的房子密度比Arden，forest，brookvale要好多了。一是街道宽，二是同样
长的街道上，northgate 房子数量比其他三个地方少一半。楼主自己开车转转，体会一
下街道宽窄和房子紧密度。
3、交通
Northgate离桥不远，离bart 不远，离American high 不远。正好居中。升值潜力高。
以上纯属个人意见。 |

俺知道亚麻的童鞋财大气粗，不屑买小房子，但这可是绝佳的投资机会。绝佳地理位置
，就在Northgate Mall边上，基本上日常生活不用开车。步行可以买菜，逛mall，下馆
子，看电影，24-hour fitness，图书馆，和Northgate community center。公车每15分
钟一趟直达downtown，UW（Univesity of Washington)，NSCC (North Seattle
Community College)。1分钟上I-5 Express lane,10分钟直达Amazon。
还有室外swimming pool, 全年Hot Tub和Sauna。自住出租两相宜，租金至少$1,600/
month。轻轨5年内将通车，到时候房子一定会增值。还等什么，本周六open house (
July 25 10am-12pm)，求围观哈。

大师的人物怎么都得像黄马的主帅那样以德服人。
其实她/他就是微软的一个普通码工，等待着绿卡+公民。
经理是阿三，经理的经理是阿三，经理的经理的经理是白人，之后都是白人或阿三。
所以现在大家也可以理解为什么她/他总是上来骂人宣泄。
现在Arod 和 slower 还有 Aroid 都被封了。
希望大家又可以继续正常的关于骚客的讨论了。
