到现在连个FP notice的影子都木有~好桑心。。3/22的RD，已经过了30天的normal
waiting period，打电话过去说重新resend了...说要是5/14前还木有收到再打电话。
等得花儿都快谢了，继续求bless...

然后就是漫长的等待
根据官网，说will receive the FP notice within 30 days of submitting your
application.请问大家这个RD到底是3/22还是3/29？打了三个电话，两个说是3/29后算
的30天...一个说是3/22?我彻底晕了~~

孩子不到3岁，收到的是approval notice。
是今天收到的。
孩子的上面上面写着 the above application has been approved. Prior to
receiving your permaet residen card you may b required to report for
biometrics processing (photo/fingerprint/signature).Please do not take any
action at this time. if yu re requried to repor for this processing, you
will receive another notice advising you f the date, time and location to
appear.
我和老公都很早就打指纹了，但孩子一直都没有收到任何打指纹或是要照相的通知啊。
因为月底急着回国，不知道版上有没有人也办过小孩子的申请的。孩子会和大人一起拿

刚刚打了电话去问，说他们现在不能帮我查任何信息，需要在我收到了Receipt Notice
的邮件之后的30天没有收到FP Notice的话，才再打电话过去，他们那个时候才可以帮
忙查询情况。 |

They will send email or show it online that a fee was accepted and that they
will mail you a notice of how to process your case, which is not the same
as the fp notice. |

written notice for the name change. 不知这是不是reissue 一个新的I-140
approval notice，还是一个update notice。给了个SR#，但我不知该咋查状态。

一模一样的notice，这个正常吗？为什么要给两张啊？
还有就是notice上说这个指纹是for case type：I485和I765。不是EAD不需要指纹的吗
？难道我的还得等打了指纹再批EAD？
还有一个跟指纹无关的问题想请教下大家。复申请人现在是F1-OPT EXTENSION，但是2
个月就要过期了。现在有新单位愿意sponsor H1B， 但是就怕opt过期之前下不来。是
不是如果先拿到485 的EAD并且用了这个EAD, 就不能再申请H1B了？或者可不可以先申
请H1B, 等pending的时候用485的EAD，这样H1B的申请会无效吗？

按照我的理解， 一般正式notice都是 i797， i797c仅仅起通知作用。
请问大家遇到过这种情况吗？

一个多月了，还是没有收到approval notice.律师给USCIS打电话，他们确认是
approval了。也把notice寄出来了。律师现在request了duplicate copy。律师说不用
等approval notice，可以提交485。 用case number和web printout。
哎。步步惊心。从来没有遇到过寄丢信这种情况，结果发生在这么重要的材料上。

Tier2 ,ticket number 建立），2个月过去了，还没有任何进展（USCIS邮寄一个

notice，131，765，485，但是140一直没消息。上周问律师，律师让同事查支票有没有
clear，结果说没有clear。到今天已经整整六周。
今天早上收到短信通知，副卡的三个case状态更新为'my notice was returned to
uscis because the post office could not deliver it'. 但是副卡的三个receipt
notice收到了的呀，而且已经打指纹了。
