485上月交的 直接被转到NSC了 notice之类的都收到了
今天收到USCIS一封信 以为是FP Notice 结果是一个I-140 Transfer Notice 说我的
140被转到了NSC 而且网上140的状态从approved变成了Case Was Transferred And A
New Office Has Jurisdiction
这个是正常的吗 是不是因为NSC要审我的485 所以140才从TSC转过去的 |

还有想问一下，notice上的写的卡的有效期是一年，为啥看到有人说两年的？

我的I-140的Approval Notice, 可是我从来没有收到过，而且大家都说I140 Approval
Notice公司一般不给的。
难道USCIS审理485的人或者面试官没有这个140的Approval Notice吗？为啥要我们自己
提供？
我只有Receipt Number和网上打印的I140 Approved的状态，不知道够不够？
看到有人通过FOIA从USCIS要到过I140的Copy，可是这个要几个月时间，来不及了。 |

次H1B（四个工作单位），都成功。请问这样在其他资料都齐全，单缺少第一张

H1B，140的approval notice一样。上面写着“welcome to the us”，然后一些绿卡持
有注意事项而已。我不觉得这个很重要……我更想看到tracking number呢 |

是在律师那，律师只给了一个copy。另外收到USCIS寄来的140 approval notice
courtesy copy (i797c)。

card ordered---welcome notice mailed---card produced----card mailed-----card
was picked up by post office----card was delivered
可是我已经到最后一步了还是没有见到welcome notice 的影子，我也是自己DIY，没有
律师参与的。这样的话有关系吗？要去哪里索要这个welcome notice？
另外拿到绿卡以后是否需要更新SSN，请过来人给指点指点啊，考古的说法并不一致。

发帖数: 1 | 12 EB1B 140 大约在10月16日左右就批了，但一直没有收到纸质通知。苦等两个星期之后
既然决然的打印了电子邮件作为证据递交了485。 再两周后收到了485 的收据，说明电
邮作为140 approval 证据没有问题。
但一直没拿到140 纸质通知总是不放心，所以11月初让hr 打uscis 电话询问。uscis
和hr 说就是没有纸质通知的，一切不影响。我不死心，又在网上递交SR，过了大
概一个月，收到sr 的邮件回复，大意就是approval 已经邮寄出去了，没有收到邮局退
件，我们也不会重复再发notice。若真的需要，可以提交Form I-824 来要求。 这个表
格是有$465 filing fee 的，所以也没有打算去要了。
然后，那封approval notice就戏剧化的出现了。看信封上的邮戳，10月20号就邮寄出
来了。至于为什么用了两个月才从tsc 到单位，已经成为永远的谜团。
总结：
485 不是必须要有i-140的approval notice，打印电邮通知批准一样可以用。如果真的
没有，也许等两个月会出现；如果还是没有而且仍然想要一个官方证明，可... 阅读全帖 |

140 approval notice，然后share给学校和本人。但是这都过了20多天了还没有通知
140 approval notice到没到，正常吗？
另外想问问没有approval notice就不能提交485是吗？ |

，但是应
该没问题，不放心就打电话问一下。我收过第二个fp notice，去了field office说是
duplicate notice，又打电话问tier2确认了第一次指纹没问题。版上也很多收过第二
个甚至第三个notice的，不过approval重复发倒是第一次听说 |

我拿到的是approval notice:
"we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485

notice 在同一个信封里。网上到现在也没有更新。
卡还没有收到，notice上说3个礼拜内会收到

Notice Date: 10/4/2007
Approval date: 06/08/2011 （在律师做SR之前）
FP 2次，换过一次工作，换过一次地址，REF 一次：4/2009， EAD renew 3次

monitor the situation closely. I am 80% confident the final VB date with
match the latest NVC notice date.
Let's see the movement. Keep our fingers crossed!
My PD is 2008.01, but I wish more 2008/2009 PD can be admitted, so I really
want to hear more NVC notices of later PDs. I will check the Indian website
closely. |

The Phillipine had PD 1989 and got notice when the VB had a date of 1987.
But the final VB released with PD 1/1/1991. I don't know whether the folks
with 1990 received any fee notice or not, but I am sure NVC was sure the PD
will move to AT LEAST 1989. |

I think in the next two months, it should be able to reach 2008.06.
after two bulletins, NVC will start sending out NVC notices again (they send
notices in March-June). I bet anything they will send notices to PD as late
as 2009.06. |

Many Indians have received NVC notice in the fist half of 2009. Several
months ago we were talking about PD movement to April 2008, but it turns out
the reality is even more opmistic than our expecation. I would say even the
prediction based on NVC notice is kind of conservative. I predict the PD
will move to 2010 in this summer.

notices/documentation (suchas: previous H/L approval/extension notices (Form
I-797's), copy of all previous I-20's (if ever in F status), copy of any
EAD's (if held practical training, L2/J2 work authorization), IAP66's (if
held J status).
不过在485 instruction里没见到说需要这个啊，而且需要所有approval notice，俺n
年前的IAP66 早都不见了，不知道怎么补，郁闷 |

. But my fingerprint notice was still sent to my old address, and I am asked
to have my fingerprint done in Orlando. It is impossible. My question is if
USPS forwards my notice to my new address and I can use this notice to get

the holiday online shopping. All my purchases were delayed. So were the
notices. For who hasn't received the notice do not worry, it should come in
the next week.

问这个扫描版就可以将来用来申请485了吧？
还有，律师只扫描了正面，I-797背面没有扫描，如果将来申请485的时候只提交正面，
会不会被据？
最后，发现我的H1B的approval notice有一个I-94，但是I-140的approval notice上面
却没有，是不是出错了？
