Notice显示申请的收到日期是09/06/2011。我和老婆的申请是I-485,I-131和I-765一起
发的。所以每个人收到三张分开的Rejection Notice。
我老婆的三张Notice和我的I-131上写着：

我想问问 h1b 批了的同学，这个状态是最终状态吗？ 收到这个通知后，他们直接给你
寄approval notice了？ 还是要等到网上的状态变成post decision- approval notice

assistance service就是这么教的，我填
的1040的Line 7的数目是直接减了$5000, （譬如，Box 1 in W-2 is $28000, I put $
23000 in Line 7 of 1040），然
后附上了一页纸解释这个为什么减$5000的（只有一小段话，是学校的那个tax service
提供了模板的，填自己的名字，ssn
和收入就好了，然后自己签个名随1040表和其他东东一起寄了）……
结果2010年10月就收到那个notice了，也就是因为我报的收入少了$5000，然后我还没
有看到那封信，12月底的时候清
理信件才发现了，都过了那个response deadline，一身冷汗啊…… 后来费了老鼻子劲
，上网查资料，打电话到notice的
那个电话号码，打了几次，不同的人接的，最后一个哥哥非常的nice and

我的情况是这样的，我在5月份申请从F1转换身份到H4（I-539）,并且同时申请了H4-
EAD（I-765）6月下旬在 移民局官网查到状态已经approved，但是后来只收到H4-EAD卡
，一直没有收到这两个申请的approval notice，去移民局官网一查状态显示Document
returned to USCIS. 可能是中间换过地址的原因，所以我又request了寄一份新的。现
在只收到EAD 那个I-765 approval notice. 没有收到转换身份I-539那个approval，但
国内有事情需要9月初回国一趟，
我的问题是：
1）如果没有收到转换身份的approval notice我是否9月可以离境？
2）如果可以，那请问我6月下旬查到approved之后到9月离境前，这段时间的身份是什
么？（因为我收到H4-EAD后就使用了，所以比较担心没有approval notice这段时间的
身份问题）
3）如果回国再申请H4 VISA的时候需要拿在美国的I-539的approval notice么？

ld在公司被上级压榨的很厉害，提过几次要求涨工资之后收到performance
improvement plan。虽然现在下家还没找好，但这个公司的工作环境实在是摧残，商量
之后决定辞职。公司员工手册上没有说辞职要求多长时间的notice，但是公司同时规定
如果不提前两礼拜通知辞职的话vacation time是不折算成钱发给员工的。
ld本打算辞职给两个礼拜notice把vacation拿到，但是同时也担心在这两个礼拜之内被
fire。我们搜索了一下at will的工作公司完全可以在你辞职之后立刻fire你，而且也
有好多人说他们有类似的经历。听说如果被fire的话以后找工作会有麻烦，ld说要不索
性不给notice算了。

公司给办EB1B,只能用指定的律师。律师说是两个多月前就交了申请，140和485一起交
的。等啊等啊就是没有消息，支票也没有cashed。 上个礼拜受到rejection notice.
包括所有的485, 131 和765，每份申请都有单独的797C。小孩的485和131申请材料也一
并退回了，没有我和老婆的申请材料。140的申请没有收到rejection notice,但是非常
怀疑也出问题了。
律师说是USCIS的错误。让等新的receipt number,然后把小孩的申请重新提交。感觉他
就是在推卸责任。我不能一直等着等着...
1. 支票
写的个人支票，
$475 for 140
$1010 for 485 ($600 for kids)
律师说765, 131和485一起交，不用另外付钱。看了USCIS网站，也是这样说的。
支票的金额我一般写成 "six hundreds dollars only", USCIS 网上有个例子说要写成

点特殊，不知道有过来人有过这种情况吗，是怎么处理的？
我的NIW是2010年批的。当时USCIS把原始的approval notice寄给了律师（notice date
是11月份），然后应该给我寄一个copy。
于是律师发信跟我说收到了原始的approval notice，而我应该收到一个copy。结果我
根本就没收到USCIS给我寄的copy，于是律师给USCIS发信质问，结果USCIS就连着给我
发了无数封copy （真的是很多很多封），每一封的notice date都是当时他们发那封信
的date，所以从11月份-12月份之间，每一封都不一样。
所以就导致了我手里有无数封I-797,每一封几乎都是一模一样的，但是notice date都
不同。
那我在file EB1A的140的时候，这个decision date应该怎么写呢？

written notice for the name change. 不知这是不是reissue 一个新的I-140
approval notice，还是一个update notice。给了个SR#，但我不知该咋查状态。

邮局投递的时候家里没人，所以退回给USCIS，现在USCIS说无法投递，认为我的地址改
了，把case status从"Request for Evidence" 改回了 "Initial Review"，打电话后
同意重新再发一次notice。
请问在收到了I40 RFE的notice后，还会收到其它的notice么？或是要求补充更多的材

485是12月23号递交的
我们出门很久才回来
发现副申请人的finger print notice已经发了， notice date是1月9号
但是我们12号出发的时候根本没有收到notice
appointment day是1月28号，正好错过了
之前完全没有收到email notice，这种情况有没有什么能补救的？
是不是这样485一定会被拒？那之前的主申请人的140还需要重新申请吗？
另外一个情况是主申请人的finger print notice却没有到
可能是因为用了副申请人的地址，也是递交140的地址（TSC辖区）
但是主申请人现在工作的地址是在NSC辖区
不知道是不是把申请转到NSC去了
所以还没有发
这种情况有没有人有经验？下一步该怎么做？ |

我没有收到finger print notice，打电话问customer service说收到485 receive
notice后15天到30天收到finger print notice都是正常的（我是递交材料后15天才收
到485 receive notice）。我又问错过了以后还能不能重新预约，工作人员说没有问题
，就是按notice上指示寄回去就行。
今天在local office系统显示已经安排我在1月29号打指纹了（跟LD错开了一天，不过
也错过了）
所以一并打了指纹
完全没有问错过appointment的原因

我是持有J-1签证, 申请的是EB1A的type, 我的J-1 waiver已经弄好受到notice了, 但
是好像跟这个Form I-797A不一样. 我能够用J1 的2year home rule waiver notice 来
替代这个不知道是什么的材料吗?

FP notice是USCIS发出的有问题得联系他们当地的service center办不了。。记得你是

notice被退回去了。我猜应该是寄给律师的notice，因为485副卡也有同样问题，

我不知道律师地址有什么问题，现在的情况是之前负责我case的律师不在那家律所工作
了，所以单位要不得换律所，要不得换律师，现在还没有决定。

发帖数: 79 | 47 TSC 16号发出的RFE Notice，还在投递路上，没有收到，但是今天从议员那里要到了pd
f版的，写要补体检（已提前体检好了）。可不可以把pdf打印出来和体检表一起寄出去
？还是说必须等Notice的原件到手了再寄？
infopass的时候officer说打印件可以，不用等原件，但刚才又注意到notice上写必须要
原件（"IMPORTANT: THIS NOTICE CONTAINS YOUR UNIQUE NUMBER. THE ORIGINAL NOTI
CE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE REQUESTED EVIDENCE.")。有必要等吗？RFE Notice会
不会附带一个得专门用来寄回去的信封？

发帖数: 69 | 48 因为搬家，receipt notice没有收到。但是FP的Notice邮局给forward了，所以顺利打
了指纹。后来查case status发现一直是显示notice was returned，让联系他们重新发
。想着已经向USCIS提交了改地址，FP也已经打完了，是不是不用再理他们的notice
returned了？他们不会因为notice returned而对case做什么吧？多谢！ |

发帖数: 69 | 49 TSC降级140交上去七个多月没动静，最近刷状态一直是"On February 15, 2017 notice
was returned to USCIS".联系律师说确实搬家了，说公司应该也收到一份，但至今并
没有。140有可能是什么notice呢？approval notice的话应该直接就显示approved了吧
？有人有类似经验吗？
一月份网上做了个SR，但写的是我自己的地址，而且这个SR不知道有没有效，因为照理
我是无权做SR的。SR回复会算notice吗？难道也是797表？
多谢大家支招！
BTW二月17号律师刚把PP寄出去，现在不放心阿，千万别是case有什么问题。。万一PP
起了反作用可如何是好 |

to the mailing preferences noted on the Form G-28"
问律师official notice那?律师说"because you have received the physical copy
of the green card, we do not retain the I-485 approval notice"
你牛的,弄丢了就弄丢了,还这么一大堆理由,还是一个大律师事务所.
我就想问版上的兄弟们:
1. 这个 I-485 official approval notice 到底长什么样?谁能提供一个图片link或者
title上面写什么?
2. 这个approval notice到底重要吗?今后续绿卡,证明身份,入籍等的会用到吗?
3. 是不是可以让律师找USCIS再要一份? |
