I wouldn't say it's the easiest basic glacier. Emmons is technically much
easier, more strenuous for sure.
It's about 35 degrees towards the top, for about 300 vertical feet. It's a
no fall zone, the run out is bad. It's moderately hard for novices. I never
had to front point. I feel quite comfortable free soloing it. |

这个冰场实际上有3块冰场。两块大的。一块叫NHL，自然是冰球场。另一块叫OLY，应
该是奥林匹克吧。在OLY上方有彩灯，晚场的时候红的蓝的，星星点点。
那块小冰场是块练习场。不知道有没有正式的名字。每周六早上的几节kid skating课
就是在这块场地上教的。它在NHL的后面，如果不绕过NHL，你根本不会注意到它。从门
口到这里要走100多米。穿上冰鞋再走。这段距离就会显得格外的长。上次，因为我们
去晚了，大家就看见一个大壮抱着一个小女孩在NHL冰场边翻蹄亮掌。

suit at 3 level as at least one round forcing facing partner's 2NT bid. Of
course you can construct hands that have good plays in 3D and no play in 2NT
. However, the basic goal of bridge bidding is to find the correct game, not
to sign off. If you play 3D as sign off, you may have huge problems to
handle H-D two suiters with gf to slam values.

he was "speechless" for the play. The funny is that he did not notice ST
dropped at second round. After DK was ruffed and SQ dropped SJ, he should
claim, but he did not know S9 was high. He played squeeze in C and D against
LHO, and scored CQ finally.
I think he could play better if he noticed ST, and with 11 tricks. The
squeeze he played would work even if DQ did not appear within 3 rounds. But

体重没有什么变化, 155lbs or so. therefore 80 lbs gain over 4 month period.
tested barbell flat bench press as well, 175lbs. still 10lbs short of 165's
intermediate level, but i think i will break 185 soon.
