因为公式简单，容易懂，容易记。
欧拉公式也不实用。poiseuille's law和Darcy's Law都是管中窥豹。
只有Navier-Stokes Equation才能一桶江湖。
以后本版出现流体问题，大家一律口诵NSE （Navier-Stokes Equation）。
白努力方程对这个题还是相当适用的。

我觉得中学物理不必引入 NSE 的具体方程，但是引入 ideal newtonian fluid vs
ideal superfluid 的概念，没啥不好，而且也增加兴趣。。。中学没有条件做
superfluid helium-4的实验，但现在 internet 时代放个视频也不贵。。。

general transport equation 并不排斥化学反应引起的源项和消失项。
所以用户要知道所用的方程有没有缺项。
在我讲NSE的时候都会强调，还有其他可能的源项和消失项，
在我们的应用这些项不重要，所以不讨论。 |

Darcy–Weisbach equation不是从Navier Stokes equation 推导出来的。从NS公式没
法推导DW公式。不信你试试。
DW公式和NS公式是19世纪流体发展的独立的两个支系。相互不依靠彼此。
NS公式对于湍流没有解析解。你说的那几个模拟方法是简化后的近似解。搞模拟的人都
知道，简化后的数值解对不对只有天知道。你说NS一统江湖，我只能呵呵了。你说你对
流体理解非常深刻。这个随便你说。反正我也不懂流体。

（小脑蚓部）多坨，工3.5*3*1cm大，镜下见分化好的胶质细胞增生，多灶出血，未见
明显血管瘤成分，经合免疫组化结果：GFAP(++),Syn(+）,CD34少数血管（+），Ki-67
（-），NSE（+），F8（-）,MBP(+),NF(+),CD31(-),血管网织细胞瘤依据不足，结合临
床手术所见较符合分化好的胶质细胞瘤，伴囊性变（WHO II级）。
现在是手术做了，但是医院让上化疗，家属不同意，让我问问美国有什么更先进的手段
。让我去问问美国的医生。如果可以的话，可以送到美国来。
我本人不是做神经放面的，我是不认识一个神经科的医生。所以在这发个贴子问问。
1，有必要做化疗不？
2，还有什么好的办法?
3, 可能送到没国来不？
他们总觉得这边什么都好，我只要随便找个同事聊聊就行了，我们主要是做research的

提示：非小细胞肺癌抗原CFRA21-1稍增高，CEA和NSE正常，PET-CT提示无脑转移和骨转
移。并入院接受了“肺癌根治术（右下肺叶切除+纵隔淋巴结清扫术）”，术中见肿瘤
大小约3X2CM， 肿瘤外缘肺表面有凹陷征，病理结果提示高-中分化腺癌，肺门及纵隔
淋巴结无转移，术后病理分期为：“T2aN0M0 IB期“。 患者自患病以来无任何自觉症
状，无咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、胸痛及胸闷等不适，一般情况好，体重亦无明显减轻,入院
后的常规检查（血常规、肝肾功能等）均正常。
我朋友术后恢复良好，她现在犹豫要不要术后接受放化疗。真心请教这里的有临床经验
