140的表上明确写明 A number (if any).我想大家应该都知道if any的意思吧。填140
的时候，A number空着还可以原谅，485表再不填就有点过分了。当然了，你如果485上
仍旧不填的话，USCIS还会再assign给你一个新的A number （你不说，人家怎么知道你
已经有了啊）.但你想啊，本来USCIS可以用这个A number把你所有材料都穿起来的，现
在可好。
如果申请过程因为这个而放慢的话就不要责怪别人了。

some 485 approved date. Looks like the approved date is not following the
src number. It is not the bigger number the earlier approved date.

现在i485得status: initiall review
但是不知道i140得状态？
不知道在i140/i485 concurrent filing+premium process得情况下，有没有办法知道

回答这楼，如果不是concurrent filing，485是没有e-file的，所以在link之前不存在
什么e-mail收信，必须要等家里邮箱或者律师邮箱的收信才有case number，有的case
number才可以有e-mail的update通知。
140可以e-file，也就是寄出去之前就知道case number了。Concurrent filing的485
case number好像和140一起生成的吧。 |

因为目前配偶绿卡已经是current，所以不想等EB2了。准备递交I130。
因为此次是I130和485一起递，所以也准备了体检的I693， 准备一起递上去。
I693表上有一项是填写A number。
我的问题是
1)到底从那里找这个A number. 看到有些地方说交了485 才有.
2）这个项目是留空，还是把我的EB2的I140 approve notice 上的那个A number填上
去？
3) 如果填了EB2的A number， 是不是又回到了EB2的排期里，被退回来？
4）如果不填，又会怎样？
大家帮忙回答一下。

that my Alien number? Or like older posts said, the A number on I-797A is
not for immigration purpose and I should not fill in that number on I-485??

其实EB1 + EB2 ROW的剩余总额没有很大变化。
1. Indian EB2 can not use all EB1 unused visa number.
2. EB1 unused visa number is more than expectation, EB2 ROW unused visa
number is much less than expectation.
3. Chinese EB2 got more visa number than Chinese EB1 which is much less than
expectation. |

见面的是个小姑娘，态度挺好，说tsc特别慢，对他们的inquiry都不答复的。然后我不
停的问她eb2 visa number这个月还有没，她把vb打印出来，指着china的那部分一个
numebr说，如果这个number每个月都在变化，那说明visa number还可能会有。如果不
动的话，就很有可能cap。然后我就继续问她，根据她看到的变化，她觉得可能visa
number还available,但是不能保证。然后就没了。 |

1. visa number用尽，VB倒退，最坏的结果；
2. visa number用尽，VB还小进（也就是所谓内部U，但是还收485建库，以前退水前发
生过），等绿的人失望，等进门的人就赶上了；
3. visa number还有，VB还小进，大家皆大欢喜。
