(1)卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款,是退步,而不是进步!这种删除的实质是,进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力,置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾!
(2)卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”,但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定:
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定,对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定,在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油,检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-
6倍的草甘膦残留量,已经证实对人类健康,特别对青少年、儿童、婴儿与孕妇及其胎

1. i'm pretty sure you can get any form of insulin from any pharmacy without
prescription,
2. i don't think any nutrional supplement is necessary but emotional support
is more important,
3. assume 瑞格列奈 is prandin, which i don't see people here use very often,
since it's quite more expensive than sulfonyureas but not more effective,
4. 诺和笔 加 门冬胰岛素, assume the first is novolin and the later is lantus
? there are different types of insulins, from long acting to quick acting;
the trend is use lantu |

3段是nutrional suppliment,不能当奶粉喝,只是相当于小娃吃的维生素。那二段也
是这样吗?有娃妈知道吗?enfamil只是到一岁,如果enfagrow只是营养剂后面就不能
给娃当奶喝了 |

可能还是观念理解理念的问题.
健康食品和减肥确实是两码事。
(有些人需要健康反而需要吃足够的热量/碳水.hehe)
健康碳水说起来,水果绝对算得.
当然15个猕猴桃绝对是个案.
我完全同意应该重视蛋白质, 高质量蔬菜.
但是也不用太苛求.hehe 成为nutrionism.. :)

我觉得不必为这个杞人忧天。
健康和减肥角度来说.
水果 和 那些糖加油 加 淀粉 加 盐的垃圾食品还不是一个层次的东西.
即使Atkins 也把加水果放到加淀粉类蔬菜还有谷物前面.
(可能考虑水果对血糖影响相对小)
当然另外对GI也不能太过的看重.
薯条GI比烤土豆低不说明就更健康.hehe
只要平时活动多。少看电视,心情稳定。别总binge.大多数人还是容易保持正常体重的.
另外.我觉得如果没必要,不用折腾low carb. 对身体还是个shock..hehe

,chia seeds。就算是b12,也可以从nutrional yeast和海藻里吃到。为了吃这些营养
而吃吃很多肉摄取那么多饱和脂肪,胆固醇,其实不值得。

I run races hard in the past.
it's very painful (in my heart) in some 'regular pace' races (under hot &
humid weather), i either almost drop out or pray i could finish race earlier
and never race again ````````
my conclusion is -- to prepare a race, we get to have enough break, nutrion
and in good mood ````

major for your future in states ( if you have no personal
interest on it). I also know nutrion have a low financial
aid than other molecuar, cell ....etc biology. But if you
have no any background on research, nutrition is easy to
apply. Food science is also not very good, but better than
nutrition.
For life science, MS is easy to find a job, but Ph.D is not
( 5000 biology Ph.D graduated every year in states, just
1500 position availab |
