前者，往往伴随严重的insulin resistance，type 2 diabetes，
后者就很健康，跟没事人一样。
这里面就涉及到不同的adipogenesis program，为什么每个人不一样，

另外adipocyte store fat到一定阶段，到底什么原因就induce apoptosis/cell death

，人类回归原始社会的人口密度，加上现代的科学技术和卫生条件，大部分传染性疾病
都可以消失了，那是不是我们也不应该去治疗流感，AIDS，乙肝？
当然我不反对强调好的生活方式来改善身体健康。但是要知道，obesity这种现代疾病，
本质上是进化的结果（在食物稀缺的自然界，看到好吃的不吃那才是暴殄天物），光靠
强调精神力量总有一天是要失效的。打个比方，总会有一天有食品企业研究出任何人靠
精神力量都无法抗拒的食物，这个光靠立法禁止啊道德约束啊都是没用的，对付的办法

还一次是个病人说她那病看了几个医生都不见好，现在不想看了，改吃草药了。我不小
心说so you decided to give up the treatment，病人怒，说I'm taking myself
very seriously, I believe in homeopathic medicine，我赶紧道歉，表明自己就是
中国来的，从小没少吃草药，草药简直太神奇了，刚才的treatment是指的西医，然后
再拿张纸做认真状记录下她那些草药的名字，说我回去一定好好研究研究，转头把那纸
