如果去一community hospital 面试, 实话实说, 不要瞎掰best program, world
famous, excellent reputation 类大话. 几斤几两program自己知道.
还有不少PD都是专业不行,改做行政的, 学术上不一定有建树, 不要瞎拍马屁,等于刺到
痛处.
一定要不卑不亢, 自信展现自己. |

不是不要拍，而是在没有把握搔到痒处之前，不要瞎拍。
不过，我说过，大多数cmg都是技术型知识分子，不要说没有接受过拍马屁的专业训练
，就连拍马屁的重要性都认识不到。原文中悲剧的老中，起码还知道应该尝试一下，至
少立场是正确的。
当然，拍马屁只是行医职场人际很小的一部分。这潭水的深度广度，不亚于医学知识。
处理不好的话，即使入了行，也要被边缘化，或者沦为医疗打工仔，甚至是替罪羊。 |
