step 1>250,正在准备step2,计划4月份考。然后5月份开始OB.
看了xiulintf的帖子，非常有用，以下是我们的计划，大家帮忙看看：
1。求所有认识的人帮忙；
2。准备好CV,PS,PD的email,发信骚扰；
2.1 对于teaching Hosp.要找到PD的email;
2.2 对于local hosp.直接给医生发信???
3。到local Hosp和free clinic实地骚扰。
4。好像还有commercial的，不知道靠铺否。
5。置顶的ACAP不知道是否有人用过，我google出来的几个都是付费的页面。
麻烦大家路过看看，受人点水恩，必到涌泉报。 |

昨天下了班跟LD打个小报告就屁颠屁颠跑去rez，这两天额外开放到9点，很是难得，平
常都只开到7点，赶不上黄金时段，今天终于有机会了，结果...被告知租kayak还是只
到7点。maya，我这下水都6点了...
没办法，苍蝇也是肉不是，钓多久算多久了。可惜鱼情不佳，平日上大blue gill的几
个窝都没动静，大嘴在这小湖里本来就是稀客。临了要还船了，靠近岸边的时候
trolling被咬了一口，还没钩上，收拾好东西准备悻悻的打道回府，这时候过来一小哥
，往下船处靠外一点的水面一指，说那有structure，可以试试。那正对着旁边靠着rez
的私人dock，我估摸着可能是那家人沉了杂物在那，水位高的时候本来就是个好点。可
惜现在水位比往日低了好几尺，那块估计就2-3尺深，可能还不到2尺。死马当活马医吧
。没想到这个到了饭点就是不一样，半个小时擒获数条未成年辣妹，有两口还是在几乎
是脚边的位置咬上的，后面岸上小本的音乐还放的轰隆隆的。期间跑鱼一次，断线两次

I feel iphone or Palm is better.
Sometimes you can quickly help the attendings to find some information they
need.
If I were you, I will ask the attendings in the middle of the OB for the
letters, and get the letters before I leave. You can keep them by yourself
until you register and have an account in ERAS on July 1. It is a huge
headache to get the letters after you left. |

Many PDs don't mind if clinical observation is listed as volunteer
experience. Personal statement is most likely the last place PDs will look
at.
The requirement for observership or externship depends on individual
programs. They may want you to have ECFMG certification in some programs,

externship ，甚至volunteer，比如有的人14个月（full-time），有的人2个月（part
-time），甚至有的人只有2个星期，在PS里都会提到，但这些时间段需要有证明信之类
吗？比如诊所，医院开个证明啥的？还是根本不需要证明，全凭自觉？ |

我就来写个mathematica 和 C/C++的混合编程吧，只图方便
- observer
mathematica的数学运算在有些方面比 matlab 要全一些，symbolic computing就不
用说了，
比如我感兴趣的 non-square的矩阵求逆， mathematica可以直接做，
matlab还要自己调svd,剔除无效singular value，再算逆矩阵，
还有spherical harmonics，mathematica 可以直接求
当然matlab和mathematica 我两个都用，
我比较喜欢的是用mathematica和matlab完成那些公式函数太多的运算，
调函数的方式在matlab和mathematica下效率是优化过的，所以不慢
而剩下的“苦”活就由我用c/c++来写好了
以下基于mathematica 5.0 的 mathlink 和 VC6，
mathlink支持很多接口，包括tcp/ip, 也就是装mathematica的机器可以不在本地
mathematica 好象没有做成 matlab那样， |

迪拉克的《principle of QM》里面讲到电子的相对论方程的时候说：
“相对论效应，不涉及电磁场，就决定了电子有1/2自旋。这个推理似乎可以应用在别
的例子上，得出结论：“所有的粒子都有自旋”。可是，实验证明光子自旋为1。这个
矛盾的解释就是，对于电子相对论方程的推导，是在薛定谔表象、位置坐标下进行的。
可是对于光子，位置不是客观测量，所以薛定谔表象、位置坐标是不适用的。于是推出
电子自旋1/2的推理过程不适用于光子。”
我奇怪，为什么位置不是可观测量？有什么书或者文章比较浅显地介绍了这个问题？谢
