己的经历。背景资料，毕业快20年了，国内就是纯临床出身，科研经验少少，没博士。
我的头三个考试自己没抓紧，磨磨蹭蹭的边学边玩。
Step1 考试资料： 去了KAPLAN VIDEO REVIEW 主要是找个地方学习，再找几个走一条
路的同学互相鼓励一下。小印们都很犀利，也就是复习个三四个月就去考，一般分数都
是90分往上，他们连教科书都是和这里一样的，所以不存在可比性。中国同志大多年纪
大一些，但也是捷报频传。时不时的有个好消息刺激一下对保持学习积极性还是很有作
用的。我觉得Video 对于我这样对听说比较薄弱的挺好，上班后不觉得交流是个问题。
三个月后自己在家看书做题，题库我用的是FIRST AID 和KAPLAN， 书除了 Kaplan的
step1 那一套书就是一本FIRST AID step 1. 书看了一遍，题做了两遍。最难的就是这
一步，前途未知，钱和时间是投进去了，结果叵测。我学完第一本解剖，做了一套题，
居然是不到50%的正确率，当时心都灰了。第一本书基本上做的是翻译工作，一行字里

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。

targetting is around 20 to 30 km. This can be improved to 2 to 3 km with
improved algorithm. OTH radar can work with the recon satellites to provide

至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚
姻不能限制，但乱伦能够限制。
