；3月24日注册通过；注册至2012年4月。
不知道我还需要做smog check么？DMV上写着“the seller is required to obtain
smog certification when transferring ownership of a vehicle UNLESS
certification was obtained within the last 90 day”。这里certification was
obtained是只1月15号的smog check呢，还是3月24日的注册呢？

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis

PREVAILING WAGE, 我给她说我们中国留学生有自己申请H1B的,PREVAILING WAGE 都是
从DEPT OF LABOR的网站上直接查到来FILE LCA的,并且我自己就查到我的POSITION的
WAGE了.但是她说,

今天得到一个不好消息，说我中国护照必须办一个Export License 才能去QUALCOMM工
作。
但我有EAD (L2 VISA）有效到2012年8月，以为可以为any emmployer工作。
但是他们说除了美国护照和绿卡的都还是要有export license,办下来要45天。
这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。
请问大家去QUALCOMM工作的当时都申请了这个EXPORT LICENSE么？

发帖数: 486 | 47 前两天拿到口头OFFER （12个月CONTRACT，然后转PERM)，希望我6月中去工作。
今天得到一个不好消息，说我中国护照必须办一个Export License 才能去QUALCOMM工
作。
但我有EAD (L2 VISA）有效到2012年8月，以为可以为any emmployer工作。
但是他们说除了美国护照和绿卡的都还是要有export license,办下来要45天。
这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。
请问大家去QUALCOMM工作的当时都申请了这个EXPORT LICENSE么？
