A person who has obtained a U.S. Master’s degree or higher qualifies for
this cap. A person who has obtained Associate or Bachelor’s degree from US

按照他的说法， 一股普通股， 给0.53股认股权，
认购价格为45$/share。感觉还是有利可图的呀，
没有人准备买入吗？
另外，按照他们的term，我们Jan 12， 2011当天买入是不是
就可以了？
另外，有没有人讲一下，如何exercise 这个warrant？
可以立马转手卖掉，套现走人吗？
我的计划是，Jan 12, 2011, 买入500股AIG，假定55/share. 应该保证拿到warrnt,
270share warrant 45$/share.
然后， 一个星期后卖掉AIG, 还是55/share, 假定股本身不赚钱。
再拿这个钱去买270 share的 warrant share 45$/share.，再在
55$/share卖掉。
这样，大概有2700$的进账。
这种做法有没有什么问题？ 会不会被套牢？

1其实是primary document，2是secondary document。但是在中国primary document很
难搞到，甚至很容易作假，所以反而2的secondary document是普遍使用的。

天再啰琐几句。
随着 I-485 的提交，申请人可以开始申请 AP 和 EAD. 大概 USCIS 的本意，是 I-
485 的处理也就是几个月的功夫。所以，AP 和 EAD 的有效期都是一年。可由于有
Name Check 的介入，现在 I-485 的等待数以年计。好在只要 I-485 在 pending 之中
，AP 和 EAD 就可以 renew，年复一年。
首先，再重复一遍，申请 AP/EAD 和 使用 AP/EAD 是不同的概念。只是申请 AP/EAD
，对你的非移民身份没有丝毫的影响。
而使用 AP 是特指申请人手持 AP 入境，使用 EAD 仅指用之于受雇。
AP/EAD 是 I-485 的 benefits（只要 I-485 在 pending, 就可以申请 AP or/and EAD
），而不是身份 (status). 所以，可以只在需要的时候才去申请，不需要有连续性。
AP/EAD 之间的间断，不造成身份的间断，不是 Gap.
