紐約市近期入室盜竊案頻發，皇后區尤甚，各轄區警局近日紛紛發出警告，提醒民眾勿
將大量現金和貴重物品存放於家中，多個轄區皆發生入室竊盜模式案件，尤其大批華人
居住的艾姆赫斯特轄區上周更發生九起類似案件，與去年同時段相比暴增八倍之多，警
方呼籲居民多加注意住家或商店附近是否出現可疑人物，並檢查門窗是否妥善鎖上。
6日清晨，法拉盛市中心41大道上一家餐廳遭歹徒闖入，幸好老闆前晚打烊時僅留下約
100元現金在店內而沒有造成嚴重損失，由於案件發生在深夜，無人了解該名歹徒的長
相特徵，警方不排除該案件與近日一名華裔歹徒偷遍法拉盛市中心商店模式案有關。
除了商店，華人集居的東北皇后區亦出現民宅盜竊案。在法拉盛109分局轄區，居住在
Powells Cove大道夾122街附近的一對中年華裔夫妻上月17日上午約11時外出用餐，回
來後發現房子前門敞開，屋內多間臥室被翻亂，兩個總價約4000元的戒指、兩支總價近
兩萬元的手表以及350元的首飾被竊偻底撸街赶臃钙茐拈T鎖後入室盜竊。

事件：
明天，世界史维会（世界抗日战争史实维护会）会在CUPERTINO 正式提交PROPOSAL，如
果PROPOSAL被采纳，会进入AGENDA， 从而正式开始运作在CUPERTINO 建立纪念碑，纪
念第二次世界大战期间被屠杀的人民，其中当然包括南京大屠杀，731， 慰安妇，珍珠
港等事实。
CUPERTINO 市议员这些年来一贯不作为，我们的提案会遇到阻力，而不少政治人物后面
都有日裔背景，最初都是日裔GROUP 支持的。我们需要更多的华人的支持！
如果您明天能够有时间，请在6：30前到达CUPERTINO CITY HALL.
我会6：30在CITY HALL前等，只需要您15分钟，我们的提案是第一个，6：45，所以请
准时出席。不然就没有意义了。

体向社会向司法部向教育部发出我们自己的声音。
这个历史意义，突破性的意义，怎么估计都不为过。
我们的哈佛申诉，影响大，反应快（180天 司法部教育部必须回应。 lawsuit 很好但
要几年时间，输赢未定）。
我们持续施加压力，改变媒体社会对华裔的认识。显示我们可以可能成为自己的政治
力量，可以为自己的利益争取。 即引起社会媒体对亚裔入学隐性族裔配额问题的重视
思考，又凸显了今日之华人不再是沉默一族，等靠一族，搭车一族。 （lawsuit 是别
人替我们做，有搭车之嫌，无族裔觉醒团结奋起之效应）。
今天就行动起来，不但为了拓宽孩子成功之路，而且为了显示华人能够团结，能够为自
己努力！
