duty的title
填了一个比较牵强的title
导致H1B RFE了
说是填的title与我的学历背景不符
律师说没法改LCA的occupation title
只能用各种材料证据往这个不准确的title上靠
请问这样做对吗？会影响以后申请绿卡之类的吗？

。小公司，不了解流程，没有专门律师，但主观愿意给我申绿卡。求教各位：
1）用architectural designer的job title申请的话，到底用EB2 还是 EB3？
2）若用architectural designer的job title申请的话，对应的工资是否根据劳工部的

可是颜色不对，我知道OES颜色从黑到棕色都有，但是还真没现实中见过棕色的……

发帖数: 102 | 24 劳工部通常是参照Occupational Employment Statistics (OES)来决定工资标准。而工资标准的多少取决于以下几个因素：工作性质，工作所在地区以及工作职责等。DOL明确表示，公司规模及经营状况不作为决定prevailing wage的考虑因素。
同时，OES还将原有的二级工资制变为四级工资制。一级工资标准通常不需要雇员有判断能力，基本上是在Supervisor的指导下从事具体工作。鉴于此类工作性质较为简单，一级工资标准通常适用于一些刚从学校毕业，没有多少工作经验的H1B雇员。但是我们注意到，雇佣外籍雇员的美国公司，多数要求雇员能够独立承担较为复杂的工作。雇员必须通过以前的工作经验，或受到相关的高等教育，才能对所从事的工作有一个很好的了解。因此，复杂的工作性质决定该工作的工资标准有可能为二级,甚至三级工资标准。而许多F1学生所面临的问题是，雇主对雇员的学历要求较高，对工作的复杂程度要求较高，但所愿意支付的工资却很低。

了，外加10分钟。
有钱去买$20-30一边的替换件的可以绕道了。
不多说，马上介绍
需要准备的东西：
1）amazon上去买OES的wiper blade refill for BMW，$5.xx一条，买两条。需要注意
的是，拿我的E39为例，driver side 26"，passenger side 22"，所以不管是什么牌子

2）一cutter，还有一把plier备用
wiper blade是如何固定的？我感觉就是原来那个是原装的，是靠一个橡胶突起作
为卡扣将wiper blade固定在支架上的。对比买的3rd party就可以明显的看出来了。
然后用暴力cutter将前端剪掉，不到5秒钟就可以将旧的拉出来了
接下来就是将新的顺着轨道塞进去，也就是半分钟的事情

终于说服老板把postdoc的title搞成research scientist了，2月份就准备开始办H1B，
到今天ISS告诉我PWD下来了，research scientist的prevailing wage是66K，H1B办不
了了。悲剧了。

prevailing wage if I convert the given annual number into the hourly pay

请问大家 Prevailing Wage 是怎么要求的？Ｌｅｖｅｌ几是Prevailing Wage 呢？
我刚ｍａｓｔｅｒ毕业，之前没有过工作经验，这是我的第一份工作。

终于说服老板把postdoc的title搞成research scientist了，2月份就准备开始办H1B，
到今天ISS告诉我PWD下来了，research scientist的prevailing wage是66K，H1B办不
了了。悲剧了。
我不甘心，仔细查了查http://www.flcdatacenter.com上的数据，其中
OES/SOC Code: 19-2012
OES/SOC Title: Physicists
level 1的prevailing wage才46K，level 2的倒是65K。难道是学校ISS搞错了？
一般research scientist到底prevailing wage多少阿？有没有懂行的哥么说说 |

There are several databases that you could use a few years ago. For example
OES Online wage library, SESA and collective bargaining agreement. This year
, you can find the sources from LCA form such as OES, CBA, DBA, SCA and
other. You can always choose other as long as your source is legitimate.
I am not sure but it sounds ok. The notice is just for reference and future
USCIS audit (very slim chance). Don't worry too much.
