就是2011年美国有2918.12件种族仇恨犯罪。
这样的报告肯定是已经大大缩水了的，因为我们都知道华人被种族原因犯罪侵犯的事件
FBI基本都不会以仇恨犯罪记录的。
可见因为种族因素在美国受到犯罪侵害实际上是很普通的一件事。对其他那些强势少数
族裔比如黑人，印度人，等等，可能就是仅仅敢打骂，可是对不受到司法正义保护的华
人，发生谋杀就是很必然的了。
至少比中国一家人因为妒忌发生的谋杀犯罪概率高多了。
可是有的华人却一心希望是华人内部由于妒忌一类发生的谋杀。这种想要自我安慰的心
情是可以理解的。但是希望不要真的误导了自己和他人。还是做好准备保护自己吧。

我觉得很有道理的是：邪恶就在我们每个人心中。
要想追求平等、民主等正义，首先要做的就是压制自己心中的邪恶。
请大家从我做起，文明讨论，针对观点，不针对个人。
在这里特别请同志网友注意，看到反同言论，我们看不惯的言论，
虽然这个言论很offensive，比如说“同性恋是一种病”，
如果对方没有污言秽语，没有针对个人，就属于言论自由的范围，是允许的。
你看到“病态论”觉得非常offensed，
这和一个基督徒看到“常态论”觉得offensed的程度是一样的。

）。它只是对不利因素（比如不良司机的危险驾驶）进行防御。虽然可以避免它们最终
导致车祸，但还是太被动了。
我本人提倡“offensive driving”。这个词是我自己造的，不要从字面上理解。我的
意思是要更加积极主动一些。比如有人喜欢钻危险空当。你不是随时准备他真的钻你的
空当。而是主动出击，让他根本没有危险空当可钻。
有人一定说，你这叫agressive driving。就知道有人这么理解。“没有危险空当”也
可以是“有安全空当”啊。你人为给他造一个安全空当就算我说的“offensive
driving”。这个空当可以在你前后左右，以对以对你自己最有利为准。
这里面学问很大，技术含量也不低。没有危险空当，也可以表示没有任何空当。造安全
空当还有时机和位置是否合理的问题。我不好说多少年驾龄才可以练出来。但有一条是
肯定的，我所说的“offensive driving”的司机必须集人品、智商和技术（有时候还

guilty 或者plea of no guilty， 我填了plea of no guilty， 寄给了court， 几天
后收到court的回信，说是最近需要上庭的人较多，给了我一个attorney office 的地
址，让我给阿托torney交一些材料，听候他们的disposition actions， 昨天收到
attorney的回信，他们的决定是：把我的offense降了一级，成了：违反1110a of the
Vehicle and Traffic Law, 如果我同意，就在letter上签字，寄给court。
我在网上查了一下，如果我签字了这个offense依然要在我的driver license 上扣2个
点，我实在不想要这2个点，所以想问一下大家，如果我签了，又没有办法不扣2个点，
网上有人说可以上课，但不知道，上课对这个offense起不起作用？
还是我不签这个letter，就等着上court呢。也不知道怎么通知court我不签，我要
trail。

简言之，defensive driving是兵来将挡，（可能）发生什么情况，都提前做好准备去
应付。offensive driving是把所谓的“情况”扼杀在摇篮里，不战而屈人之兵。
lz案例中的情况就是被大奔插。那么offensive driving的任务就是让大奔不要插自己
。这一点要搞清楚。绝对不是被插以后，再去考虑让还是不让。
（在这个括号里的情况我们先不讨论。lz已经排到了绿灯前的第一位，马上就可以左转
。大奔并没有寻找插队的空当，而是直接杀到绿灯前，恰好与lz相遇。）
其实原理很简单。我们换位思考一下，如果你是大奔，想加塞，那么插谁不插谁，你怎
么选？几乎没有随机的。
再换到lz的位置上。只要把你刚才的选择条件消除掉，大奔基本上就不会来插你。
楼上有人提出，大奔既然走错了lane，就应该（这里说的是应该，但是他最终没有这样
做）自己承担这个错误。lz既然造成了被插的既成事实，也应该自己承担错误（这里说
的错误不是法律意义上的，而是针对lz的意愿的。他不愿被插，但却被人插，他是有失
