SAN DIEGO, California — The driver of a Toyota Corolla was struck and
killed Dec. 30 after her vehicle crossed over into oncoming traffic and was
struck by two vehicles on Interstate Route 15 at Miramar Road, according to
a San Diego County Medical Examiner report.
Lifang Lu, 35, of San Diego, died of blunt force injuries to her body a
short time later at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego about 12 a.m. |

For your case, I remember there is a left turn arrow, then you should not be
entering the intersection in yellow. I would call that "running red light"
if you did not exit the turn before red, but some cops may not be that stric

for down-hill.
The way back was mostly down hill, and I started to
