多谢大侠~~我看到travel版的faq了，下面的规定应该就是说转机的话不用芬兰护照。
但是有一个疑问，去年的时候我同学在英国转机，回美国的时候中国边检不让上飞机，
原因就只是因为她没有英国护照。我担心回我美国的时候中国边检会不会还是不放行。
您有何高见？

You need to pay the tuition for preschool. From kindergarten onwards you do
not have to pay for public school, but you will face frequent school/
classroom fund raising activities. Most elementary school student leave
school early in the afternoon, so if both parents are working, you will need
to pay for after-school care.
The expense is not qualified for dependent care FSA in this case. |
