篮板而站位。芬力大概自打nba以来就没有在半场进攻的时候人盯人情况下这么ope
n过。怎么扔怎么有。扔了两个倒还算了，然后小牛快攻，火箭回访到位，小牛再扔
给份礼，火箭的外线没有人顶，又是一个。然后火箭的进攻这边，tmac/ym只要遇到
包加就把球扔给open的那个，然后坚决扔三分，坚决的不进。本来半场的时候落后
9芬(41:50),但是分立这么一发表，就是四个三分球in a row,12+9差不多就是20分
差距了，比赛就这样进入了垃圾时间（大概才第三节开始一点点）。
这场球跟去年火箭主场对小牛的第一场很像，也是上半场还行，下半场被小牛外线
打包。只不过这次是几乎分离一个人发表。dirk的手感还是很好，只要给他空当出
来了他就能够扔进。
那么对付小牛是不是没有办法？其实不是。对付分离不用报价，就人盯人基本就能
降低他的命中率。关键是jvg布置防守的时候紧收，以便保护后场篮板和突破（所以
快攻也难打），遇到外线发表就很难了。 |

there is a regualtion for the opening diameter for the trap.
the trap's opening diameter should be no more than 1 inch,
which mean you can only catch very samll crayfish.
Most of trap on sale online has more than 2 inch diameter opeing,
like the one Novi used. |

bucknuts，但是这个并不妨碍我作出冷静地分析。。。赫赫
1118我们是客场，观众干扰小不了，这个我们先不谈，其实我觉得两个比较成熟稳定的
队伍，这个不是决定性的
我觉得 1118要是我们赢了，理由有：
1）防守，如果ts又开始打着球乱跑，接近ts的时候就抓住亚的狠命往地上摔，当然不
是想要伤害他，为的是把他打蒙，打怕，当然了，gay city得那些人也就安静多了。。
总的来说就是我们士气起来了。绝对不能miss tackle，ts得能力大家都知道，绝对不
好抓住，只凭我们4各lineman估计不行，不知道ron english有什么办法。
2）ts的致命弱点就是身高和视野的不足，说实话，与其说是他的运动的能力弥补了先
天不足不如说是他不得不run，这个可能会给他带来麻烦。
3）一定要cover 那个卡车司机模样的冈萨雷斯，我考，那哥们比较恐怖，不停得跑，
赛季中有很多sick play，当然了，不是说cover 就能cover得，而且确实很难cover，
关键是不能叫他搞什么wide ope |

发展和自己水平差不多的或更差一些的球友双修，水平高于你的可遇不可求，尤其是长
期双修，史书1200-2000这个阶段双修的最多的是个不到1200的同事。
双修呢，就是要自己制定计划，比如说掐秒表10分钟为一段，你练完你PD练，建议初期
多花点时间在正反手对攻上，它们是将来多种剑法的基础的基础的基础，然后加些简单
的步伐练习，比如说一个打斜线，一个打直线，或者简单的正反手替换等等，少打比赛
，练完了可以打个比赛什么的，建议一次至少1.5小时。前面多练基本功，后少段练些
比赛的战术，发抢啊什么的。
这里很多剑宗弟子球上不去最大的原因就是没有固定双修对象，没有固定练球时间，再
就是练不得其法，乱练或者好高骛远忽略了基本的东西，尤其刚入门的时候。6个基本
功（正反手攻，防，拉）是必须的，史书现在一个练球session下来都还是会花至少1/3
时间在上面或更多。
1200-1800 6个月，每个星期打个4-5个小时吧，前2个月有private lesson + group

syllabus anyway, why don't you keep doing it for a while until ohio star ball.

经常看到有人问买什么锅比较好，俺来贴一个锅具使用报告供大伙儿参考。两年前我推荐过另外一个平底不粘锅（Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch International Griddle），今天说的这套Circulon Infinite锅比以前推荐的更好用呢。

【优点】：
1. 材质：这套锅的锅底是不锈钢的，锅身是hard anodized aluminum材质，在手上掂
量一下就知道很有份量。煤气灶、电灶都可以用。
2. 锅底平坦。摊鸡蛋饼，摊出来的厚度很均匀。
3. 试验过多种食材，实践证明，锅身一点儿都不沾。
4. 那个12寸的锅子，可以当作炒锅用。它的锅身比一般的ope |

关于chew toy, 每只狗可能喜欢/适合的不一样，可以kong啊，tuffy啊，nylabone(for
puppy)什么的都试试。
关于食物，一般说法是wheat和corn不好。不含这两种成分的牌子有Blue buffalo,
wellness, innova， California natural。。。。 等等。你可以去Petsmart，Petco
， 或者在网上查查你家附近有没有小店。
关于clean year。我的兽医的说法是不要擦洗太勤，以免破坏它自然的平衡。一般狗（
即使是我家这种耳朵毛超长的）如果耳朵没有发炎的话，还是很不容易脏的，2-4个星
期擦一次就可以了（用温和的液体，我是用棉球蘸ope-otic）。建议你一直保持每隔两三天看看他耳朵，如果不脏，几个星期擦一次就可以了。如果棕色的东西build up比较快，就擦勤点
。如果很脏还有臭味，可能就是发炎了，得看vet。

了，一直都没去下来看，昨天在狼藉看到了介绍才赶快去拖下来。
是Code Geass播出之前（还是播出第一集后？）的宣传节目，做成了真人主持的Britan
ia帝国的新闻节目，很有特色，有声优配音现场、声优和制作人员的采访，角色和机器
人的简介（拿了不少模型，里面连SEED的都有），Clamp的角色原案、OPED歌手的采访。
还不忘“杀必死”一下，这个Code Geass居然还搞了个B～Girl选美活动，一群ppmm只穿
着内衣站在台上，采访获胜者时那个mm也一直只穿着内衣，然后镜头转回演播室，主持
人一副看的很入迷的样子，ft！ |

ぼくらの的片头动画，从49秒到52秒这段看了之后印象特别深。
这3秒内容是ウシロ(虐妹那人)一个人向夕阳奔跑。

凭我建立在第六感上的日语力读了读相关部分|||
大致是说监督拿到片头曲后灵感涌现，心理斗争一番然后自己把片头动画的活担了。
不过由于能力有限还需众人协助，友人田辺修此时主动找上门说要负责做这段奔跑镜头。
原画弄好后两人开始就人物每跑一步该使用6张还是5张画这个问题争执不下。
结果争了2天监督先软，最后是按田辺的意思去做，出来效果就是现在这个样子。
