Acutally, tonight, I just learned that my another "compettive" proposal is
declines because of some misundertanding in the panel review. I learned that
how to best present the proposal is very important, because our proposals
may well be reviewed by people who are not experts in our specific areas and
who may also be opinonated. |

standards/expectations for professors than students. You do not have to

followers（很多老中男也有这毛病）。
要强势，其实就是培养critical thinking，对于一个事情，要孩子说出自己的option
，然后说出reasons to support this opinion。这之后就是基于这些reasons是不是
solid的争论。我们老中是该说opinions的时候不说，等触犯到自己利益的时候再争，
给人以take it to personal的感觉。
你能注意到这一点很好，学习知识和character traits不是矛盾。这个爸爸肯花时间陪

要是140交了以后连Ｊ1都没法延期，那是不是只能回国呆两年后再提交485了？
ＬＤ目前的Ｊ1应该办豁免是不太来的及了。。

318, referred to? You can find some of them refer to very recent
publications. Also, when you do some engineering design, like bridge seismic
design, it would be very beneficial if you read some paper about modeling.,
especially the national seismic code is undergoing a singificant changes
nowadays. My focus is stuctural engineering field. My opinon may not
application to other areas.
