一句：
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union,
establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common
defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to
ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for
the United States of America.
主要是provide for common defense这一句，也可以那么理解 |

宪法头一句：

看见没？这个是根本目的，强调的是带社会性的共同利益，即一群乌合之众何以能组成
一个国家。强调个体的公民权利，请参考宪法的头十个修正案，i.e. Bill of Rights. |

李世民，李家只是当时许多贵族中的一家。李家能当皇帝，韦家，独孤家什么的，为什
么不行？本来都是世代互相联姻，大家谁不知道谁啊。
而且隋唐上接两晋南北朝，从司马家开头，更是家族篡权太多了。杨坚篡位的例子更是
近在眼前。隋朝灭亡又是因为杨玄感造反，而杨玄感为什么造反，还不是因为想着，你
普六如家（小杨家）能当皇帝，我老杨家比你家更有底气更高贵，为什么不行？ 没机
会咱忍，有机会了，嘿嘿。
所以，要杀功臣或者灭世家，李世民更有动机。更需要提防。不敢动手，是怕别人联合

朱元璋，吊丝上位，在古人心里，这是非常明显的天命。而且宋代以来，文化意识也和
唐代以前有了区别。宋代以来，权臣篡位基本没有了，这也是一点。
其实在朱元璋看来，元太祖，成吉思汗，也是吊丝上位，从沙漠苦寒之地，少年经历多
少苦难，第一次成为天下之主，也是天命。 所以朱元璋和成吉思汗是惺惺相惜的。
天命难违。所以朱元璋其实是信心巨大的。
